juliette
Well he has sneezed in front of me oh - about 400 times - all carefully diarised and if I get brave enough good potential for posting.... But I've only sneezed around him about 5 times. I can't wait for the day he blesses me though! So this was a really brave/stupid thing I did.We were snuggled in bed, and he was at least 3/4 asleep, lying on his back and holding me. I was quite low down, sort of under his arm, and I suddenly sneezed loudly - AHHHCHOOO! - sort of onto his side / chest. He's usually quite standoffish about people coughing or anything like that, and squeamish about anything slightly yucky, so I thought that he might frown or turn away, even in his sleep. Imagine my delight when he just cuddled me a bit closer and gave a sweet, sleepy, sympathetic 'mmm' sound! A bless you darling would have been even better but hey, maybe next time! Link to comment

I'm sure had he been more awake you would have gotten that well deserved "bless you". That's great that he's such a sneezer. We'll all be looking forward to hearing about him as well. juliette
Hi Dawnie, thank you so much for the welcome. I am feeling very shy as a newcomer as you can imagine. My friend R. is very sneezy indeed. He has indeterminate allergies in the summer and to smoke, usually 2 or 3 sneezy colds a year, is an occasional photic sneezer and - incredibly cute - mint sneezes! I am looking forward to sharing when I get a bit braver CyberhugsJuliette Link to comment

But everyone here, for the most part, is very welcoming and sweet as pie. Or should I say as sweet as cheesecake. When you say mint sneezes, does that mean he sneezes when he eats mints. If so, I know one of our wonderful members here that has that same reaction from mints. Link to comment
juliette
Exactly that, he sneezes when he eats mints! In fact I usually see it when he chews gum I thought I was hallucinating the first time this happened. We were at his house for lunch (he lives near work) and I gave him a piece of gum afterwards. He said "Thanks. I like mints but they usually make me sneeze," chewed on his gum for a bit then walked away from me, cupped his hands and sneezed one of his lovely, perfect, loud "Ahchoo!"s ... walked out of the room and sneezed again "AhTISHOO!!" "Bless you," I said, and he replied, "I don't know why it does that, makes me sneeze. So weird." Needless to say, I was speechless... Link to comment

count tiszula
A very niceobs; I'm so glad you have had the courage to post it. The 400 diarized sneezes sound good too; perhaps you can give us some highlights; I think most of us have kept such records at times.I don't suppose any sweets make YoU sneeze; you could achieve several objectives at once by obtaining a suitable selection. I should certainly buy the strongest mints you can find; you can always pretend they're for you and then breathe on him! I once knew a bloke who sneezed when he sucked acid drops. Link to comment
