evil_addictions Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 The girl I share my office with has come down with a cold. She's in her early 20's, 5 feet 2ish, about 125lbs, dark hair and dark eyes. She joined the company over the summer and while I find her overly dramatic and mildly annoying we work well together. At the end of the day yesterday she announced she was getting a cold so she'd be sneezing constantly all day today. Assuming this was another overdone comment I ignored it. I've heard her sneeze a few times all singles, little to no buildup, loud HAPCHOOOO sounding sneezes where she turns to the size and sneezes uncovered at the floor. Usually she announces that she's going to sneeze and then does so within about a minute or so. Today she came in and for about the first hour just blew her nose about every 5 minutes and kept saying she felt the sneezes coming. (what a tease) the first sneeze was a very dramatic HAPCHOOOO with her turning to the side, hair flying, etc. A second sneeze followed a few minutes later and a third about five minutes after. At this point I had to leave for a meeting. When I came back about 40 minutes later she said she'd been sneezing constantly the whole time I was gone. I was just thinking to myself "yeah sure.. prove it". Well be careful what you ask for. She sneeze again and then sneezed about once a minutes for the next 20 minutes I counted 18 sneezes after my meeting and the three before. After lunch I was working out of the office the rest of the day so I didnt get to see more, but there is always tomorrow
