Pepper Sneezes

Well, I'm still rather sick. My room mate has gotten over his cold in the past few days...I'd slept through most of the day, so without doubt I probably missed the last bouts of sneezing there were to be had from that.

So, he'd gone to work today, and I'd stayed home, considering I was still pretty foggy and most definately not up to walking halfway across town to get to work. Without fail, there was little to watch on TV, so it was another long day on the couch being bored out of my mind.

As I'm sure you've noticed from past obs and such, this cold hasn't proven to be very sneezy. Today, though, it took a bit of a turn...Though not in the greatest direction ( some of you may beg to differ on that ).

Earlier in the day, I got the most annoying tickle. It started out as just something I could sniff away or ignore, and it would just leave. But, of course, it progressed from there. I tried rubbing my nose, sniffing, blowing my nose...Nothing. It would come and go, and there were plenty of false starts. All in all, I think it lasted a good hour or two. Later on, I think I was on MSN...Maybe Yahoo, I can't remember which one. Anyway, I was complaining to one of my friends about it ( naturally ) and got the most useful response I think I've ever gotten from him - "Why not try pepper?" ( Okay, so it had far worse grammar and probably an 'lol' thrown in there for good measure, but you get the idea, I'm sure. )

Now, I'm not really a fan of inducing, otherwise I'd just have done it straight away and gotten it over with. Even then, I'd probably have used a tissue or a Q-tip or something else...Pepper never would have crossed my mind. But, I'm home alone, half-away, irritable, and bored. So I figured why the hell not.

Now...I've never induced with pepper before, so lord knows I probably went about it all wrong. But I'll admit - as far as inducing goes, this was probably the most enjoyable experience for me...

So, I'm sitting on the bed, red-nosed, watery-eyed with a little shaker of pepper. Still trying to figure it out, I gave it a bit of a shake from side to side...More or less tipping it over back and forth at about face-height I think, perhaps a bit higher. It was fairly fine pepper, so I'd managed to produce myself a little cloud of it for a few seconds before it just sort of...fell. It definately had made my nose far more itchy, though no sneeze quite yet. Determined as I am, I tried it several more times.

Maybe the sixth or seventh try, I finally got myself to sneezing point, and perhaps a bit beyond. I took in a deep breath, and, naturally... "hetSHEW! heh-SHOO!...heh...heh-shoo! choo!" Needless to say, I was definately satisfied with my little fit - cleared up my nose very nicely for the time being...Though that only took another few minutes to reverse, and I was back to being stuffy and irritable. No more tickle, though!

All in all, I'm going to have to try out pepper again some time...Tricky, but it was definately interesting...

Well, thanks for sharing! I've used pepper dust a couple of times, and it worked well as long as I already had the tickle, too.

And bless you! And hope you are feeling better soon, but not TOO soon!

Bless you dear. Thats sounds adorable. The red nose and watery eyes. I'm glad you were able to get that momentary bit of relief. Hope you feel better soon.

Interesting! I take it your friend is not a fetishist? I'm always amused when I hear people say stuff like that. Most of the time people quickly dismiss sneeze stuff and change the subject. I guess it bores them, which is totally absurd! :o I hope you feel better soon, Mingo. Thanks for sharing!

Mmmm, that was deliciously sexy. Bless you for those sneezes. You have such a *lovely* way of describing things. :)
