ringsfan02
I was in a business meeting this morning and one of the other men, middle aged , around 50, slender, with a moustache, started rubbing his nose. He was seated directly across from me at a round table so I had a good view. He had a round, pudgy kind of nose. When he rubbed it again about 30 seconds later, I was pretty sure he would be sneezing soon. Sure enough, about a minute later his nose wiggled and he got the pre-sneeze look. He quickly grabbed a tissue and sneezed wetly into it. "Haaaatsch! followed quickly byk a stronger "Haaaatsschhh! He murmered "excuse me" and wiped his nose. This was during a presentation so I didn't bless him. After the meeting he was blowing his nose so I asked if he had a cold. "No, allergies he replied. About this time of year everything seems to be blowing around." It made the meeting much more interesting! Link to comment
Dawnie
I should think so. I probably wouldn't have gone back to paying attention to the meeting after that. Great obs. Link to comment
Sneesee
You know, I would have a lot of trouble during a presentation like that! Talk about losing concentration! Nice obs, though, thanks! And glad you said something to him about having a cold! Very nice! Link to comment
