Another Food Service obs(f)

i love obs of food service workers, cause there are very few ways to sneeze safely around food. Today i was having lunch in a small bakery place when the casheir, about 20 with long black hair and relatively dark skin, sneezed. She turned away from the cash register and the line of people, and sneezed a harsh HUooSHHHH rather openly to avoid spraying her hands. It was a safe direction, but i would still have expected more of a cotained sneeze from a person in a food establishment.
