Looking for a story

Hi all,

There was an absolutely brilliant story on the forums a few months back called Harmony & Discord, if memory serves me. It was in multiple installments, and the author eventually pulled it, saying that she (I think it was a woman) was turning it into a much longer version. She briefly posted a link to the story on another website (again, I'm not sure), but I haven't been able to find it since.

The basic plot was as follows: opera student meets brilliant and drop-dead gorgeous pianist with terrible allergies (I forget the opera student's name, but the pianist is Seph). After a rocky start, the two fall in love, and the opera student comes out of her shell and leaves a destructive relationship in order to realize her full potential.

Does this ring any bells? I would be eternally grateful to anyone who can point me in the right direction.

Hmmm, I do believe the story you're describing was one of Akutenshi's old ones, meaning that she pulled it down with all the rest when she started her forum. I'm sure she'd have posted it on her forum, and there are likely a few duel members around here somewhere who could point you in the exact direction of it

I found the forum with some judicious googling. I think it may be in a protected part of the forum, which explains my earlier failure to find the story itself by googling.
