Has anyone watched Schussangst

I found a very short clip of this movie on YouTube and Christoph Waltz (Hans Landa from Inglorious Basterds) plays a police man or detective with a cold. This is not the same movie that came out in 2000 with Liam Nisan (sp?) mind you. It's a German movie. I'm asking this for two reasons. The more obvious (to us, anyway) one being, "is there any sneezing in it"? And the second one being "is it worth the watch were I to find it"? The reason I ask this is because in order to watch it, I think I need to buy it, because I can't find it anywhere to rent.
