Excercise makes me sneezy

Just got back home from doing some exercise down at my local park and thought I'd share some obs

Now when I run around my nose runs a lot, which means I'm usually sniffling a lot. And sometimes this leads to somewhing more.

So I got in the door and decided to hop on my computer and check out my fb for any interesting updates from my friends (Yeah, I'm addicted, lol!)

And of course I'm still sniffling, when suddenly I feel this annoying tickle, so I pinch the "sneeze spot" on the bridge of my nose, take a huge breath in and....AhhhEHChoo!

sort of into my shoulder. Feeling immediately sneezy again I take in another breath in time for another huge, dry EhhhtChoo!, and another, still turning my head away from the screen. Now I'm really sniffly, so I get up and fetch a tissue from the kitchen where I proceed to blow my nose.

Got sneezy and induced again while I was typing that, so now I'm all sniffly again.... :bleh:

cauldwell, nice obs! but do you know why that is? as in, are you allergic to the park in which you run?

and also (i was thinking about this yesterday) have you ever sneezed while running or working out? i run alot (five miles a day usually) and i have never, ever sneezed while running even if i was sick, and ive never seen/heard anyone else... im thinking maybe its impossible?

I can't remember ever sneezing while actively running or whatever, I kinda wonder if it's impossible too :s

In my case it's more the fact that for some reason I sniff a lot whenever I'm physically active (maybe something to do with blood vessels? I'm no doctor ;p) , even swimming or whatever, so it's kinda an artificial stuffed-up/tickly feeling.

can definitely relate to the exercise thing... my allergies were horrible when I ran track. It could have had something to do with the grass though. Anyway, thanks for posting!
