Dragon Age 2

I've been deeply entrenched in Dragon Age 2 for the last few days. Anyone else? This game is rivaling Mass Effect 2 for me, it's that good.

I'm already formulating a fic idea with Anders. (The way I figure...he claims that the spirit of Justice/Vengeance only surfaces when he's not in complete control of himself - and what is sneezing if not a loss of control? Poor Anders, I'm gonna mess with him so much.) Of course, I have to finish the game first. I think I'm probably a day's amount of play away from doing so. Then I'll probably just start a new game with a new Hawke. But yeah.

So I'm curious if this fic would even have an audience...haha. I'll most likely end up writing some or all of it regardless, but I was just wondering. Maybe I'll sit on it for a while...after all, not everyone is as crazy as me and buys and plays through new games within mere days of their release.

I'm about to go watch my boyfriend play this. We were watching clips of gameplay last night and it looked really intense, the graphics were amazing. I'm not much of a gamer but I love to watch other people play, then I get to see the story unfold without doing any of the work.

If I get into the story I'd love to read a fic about it! Though I'd probably read anything you write regardless of the fandom.

Personally, I think the first game is better. x) And Alistair. But hey, bisexual men are nice. Way to go, Anders (*titters at name*). Then again, Varric is hot(ter), in spite of being a dwarf... And Merrill. Cute little elven girl with nice nose.

Hooray. I'm currently in the middle of my third playthrough (yes, I am quite literally finishing the game and then immediately restarting it with a new character...my boyfriend thinks I've lost it, haha), so after that's done I'll take a much-needed break and start some writing.
