Neil Patrick Harris Real On Set Obs (no actual sneeze, just talk)

Hello,

Back w another obs from set.

I was on "How I Met Your Mother" and as Neil Patrick Harris (Doogie Howser, M.D.) came in for his scene, he sat next to Jason (the other lead). They called action and he said, "hold on, I'm going to sneeze" and sniffed a bunch. They started the scene anyway and he mumbled something like, "ok but I'm going to sneeze on camera" and the scene continued. They cut and he sniffed a bunch more and rubbed his nose, and made a comment to Jason about how he didn't sneeze but thought he was going to.

unfortunately after that, things died down for his nose, and he never sneezed.

Aaaahh! No way! I'm so jealous! I love Neil Patrick Harris. He can act out such a yummy cold. Just hearing the actor SAY the word would be more than enough for me. Thanks so much for sharing!
