And now I have a cold...

A cold is coming...or is here..or whatever. Either way I'm pissed about it. Yesterday i felt fine but during one of my classes that I was teaching felt the urge to sneeze. As usual, i hitched my breath, turned to the side and brought my elbow to my face only to have the sneeze disappear. Later on that day I did begin to sneeze random single sneezes that were spread out. On their own they were uneventful, but considering how I have NOT been sleeping at all this week (2.5 hours etc..) i figure that my immune system was failing me!

Sure enough I woke up to a triple. The first sneeze was kind of like a butterfly sneeze. The tickle was light and the sneeze was very light. The second sneeze was a little stronger with the third being incredibly wet, which caught me off guard considering I'm not usually that wet of a sneezer...Well...I guess I am SOMETIMES.

Anyway, my nose was a little runny, but I essentially felt fine. I've been sneezing this random wet doubles every hour or so. They aren't extravagant fits like the other colds i've had this year. The sneezes are simple and becoming more and more wet. As of right now, my throat is raw. I don't have a temperature, and I am still sneezing those doubles with an occasional triple every now and then. the nice thing is that I don't have that sneezy feeling in between my doubles. Sometimes my colds leave my nose agitated and I am constantly feeling the urge to sneeze. Luckily (for now) the urge only comes when I am about for sure about to sneeze.

Since my sneezes have been more wet they have taken on a bit of a different sound. Each one sounds something like "Huh-TSSSHhoo!" Kind of drawn out with lots of spray...hence the wet part.

Anyway, I kind of hate self obs...but I hope you guys like it. And a special shout out to Ms. Sneezles who sent the Sneeze Gods my way! You sneaky girl!!!
