I don't have a cigarette fetish or anything (though I do think it's sexy when people smoke) so I'm not sure if that does it for you. But I was totally planning on drawing someone actually sneezing while smoking on my own, I'll just move it to the top of my agenda.I have a couple of friends who are into blood play but I don't know much about it myself so can't help you with the story.
