Sneezy Day

So yesterday was so crazy. I sneezed 31 times by the end of the day. That's insane for me!! Usually I can go months without sneezing unless I have a cold and even then its usually only a few times a day.

It started while I was at the car dealership, we were talking to one of the salesmen and I felt it starting in my nose, I tried to fight it back, but my breath hitched and I got stuck in that pre-sneeze state! Can you say embarrassing!! Just when I thought I was safe sneezed a wet double into my elbow.

While at another dealership in between my sneezes the salesman turned and stifled a sneeze into his elbow. He was really tall probably 6'5" probably in his mid 30s.

Later we were at another car dealership (Yes I'm shopping for a new car) walking around outside and I feel that what has become a very familiar itch in my nose, my breath hitches again, very embarrassing because it's a very long build-up. Same thing happened again, I thought I was safe but then bent over and sneezed four times harsh at the ground. We were walking inside and I sneezed 3 MORE times!!!

There were a couple single and doubles throughout the rest of the day. I don't remember them all specifically, but I kept count, weird I know.

By the time I went to choir practice that evening the sneezing had subsided, but I had a headache and sore throat. By the time I got home from choir practice, I was congested, with a headache and a sore throat. Not quite sure what the deal is, woke up again this morning with a sore throat very congested nose, when I sniffle it sounds all gurggly and thick. Have blown my nose quite a few times throughout the day yesterday and TONS this morning already. Not sure whats going on, but it better not be another cold!

Mims: unfortunately I have myself another cold.

sneezychick93 - oh no! I hope you feel better soon. Wow.. you got sick right before surgery and it's been like this ever since! But that definitely explains all the recent sneezing (getting another cold). Take care of yourself. Do you at least have tissues this time?

Mims: I know, I don't have any clue why I haven't been able to get healthy and stay healthy. I'm already on antibiotics again because when I went back for the follow up appointment after the surgery he said things weren't looking as clear as he was hoping, which could have a lot to do with this new cold! and Yes thankfully this time I have plenty of tissues.

I've still been very sneezy today. Came home from my first job and sneezed four times as I was getting ready to head out the door for my second job of the day. Was sitting in my office when my breath began to hitch, but nothing came of it till 'i got home and sneezed a very wet and harsh single into the open air in my closet. It was really really harsh!!

sneezychick93 - Bless you, and I'm so glad you have tissues this time! How's your cold doing today? Any better?

Mims: I am too, and it's been pretty awful today. My nose has been running constantly, I feel like I have to sneeze consistently, I've sneezed quite a few times today, but have been tortured by the urge to sneeze and pre-sneeze state most of the day. My head feels like its swimming and I'm coughing pretty hard again. I'm already on anti-biotics, and my parents have me taking allergy meds just in case it's not a cold but allergies. If these are allergies and I have this misery to look forward to each year I will not be happy. I've never had allergies until I moved down to Florida.

sillystarsmoons: Thanks for the well wishes.

sneezychick93 - Yeah it's a good idea to take allergy meds.. it would almost be better if it was a cold, because that's self-limiting... if it's allergies, then yuck. I hope you feel better, and bless you!

Mims: yeah, the allergy meds seem to be helping with the sneezing but thats about it. I have this awful cough right now and just feel crummy. Today has been a crazy busy day too.

luvsfemalehonks: It has been awful, almost a complete month straight of not feeling good. Twice on anti-biotics already because of surgery. Definitely nose blowing although not so much today as the coughing which is starting to get really bad. No honks this time though and the sneezing has definitely subsided.
