Prodigy
Bit out of practice with my obs, but I know you'll all forgive me (did I mention how amazing everyone is?!).I've been up early all week with my husband, C (which means 5am, bleh!) and today I was rewarded for my efforts! We were watching some sitcom episodes and he got up to change the disc so we could continue watching before he had to leave for work. I didn't want him to get off the couch, so I playfully grabbed the waistband of his pants and tried to pull him back, but he struggled away and grinned at me. Just as he knelt down on the floor to change the disc, he sneezed a harsh "iiIIISHOO!", followed by a second similar sneeze, "iiiiiiIIIIIIIIIISHhoooo!" He's usually finished after two, but I could just tell that he had a third one coming on and so I refrained from blessing him until the lovely, desperate sound ripped out of him: "ehh-IIIIIIISHEWWWWW!!"...Then the cheeky bastard grinned again and said, "Good morning!" Later on he called me on his lunch break, something he does every day. and for the last few minutes of conversation he kept, well, I dunno... grunting? Sighing with exasperation and frustration, just every few seconds. Finally I became annoyed and asked, "What's wrong with you? Why do you keep making that noise?""Because I have to sneeze," he replied, and then grunted some more. I tried to keep him on the phone as long as possible, but I didn't want to cut into his lunch too much. He's been grumpy lately because a bunch of the guys on the line have been sick and he can be a germaphobe. Every day this week he's come home with his arms held up awkwardly, as if they had some toxic goop on them, and refuses to do anything until he's had the chance to "surgeon-wash" his hands (and arms, up to the elbows). He's adorable. Edited April 14, 2011 by Prodigy st00pid :-P Link to comment

Prodigy
Ooh, hi Joel! Nice to be back!Let's see, have a bit of general catching-up to do... so Friday (the 15th) I received my usual call on his lunch hour where he stated that he was "starting to feel like sh*t... excuse my language... under the weather" but he didn't seem too awful when he came home from work. We had scheduled an evening out with a co-worker of his and so off we went to the bar. As soon as we parked he sneezed wetly, turning away from me and spraying his door instead... Throughout the evening, C excused himself several times to the washroom to blow his nose and I was even treated to a lovely into-the-elbow triple (that I sadly couldn't hear, the boys were so noisy!) while we were all sitting around chatting. He was pretty wiped out by 9ish and so we left early. He was very stuffed up on the ride home, which was absolutely adorable, and not long after we got home he let out a spraying double: "ISHEWWW! ha-ESHOOO!"Saturday was laundry day for us, and while helping me load clothing into the washers he was sniffling constantly (and I was melting!). He managed to keep his nose under control for the most part, though in the car after laundry he sprayed his door twice more! After our errands at the mall we returned home and he told me he was going to have a long shower. I could hear him upstairs (the steam must have loosened him up) sneezing away in the shower, some of them without much drama ("'tchooo, ehhtchooooo") and others that sounded as though they were tearing right out of him, usually after a few of those smaller ones ("HAAAA-ESHEWWWW!!"). I did make the mistake later that night of giving his nose a pinch in the "special spot" (oops!) which earned me a solid wet triple into my shoulder and neck... heavenly...This morning I awoke to two lovely, tickly sneezes: "h'tchoo. HETshooo!" No more yet today... says he's feeling better, but I hope he still has a few more sneezes left! Link to comment
