It's been like this all day! I really want to sneeze!! Without inducing!

I want them out without inducing though. I want to teach my nose how to sneeze wothout help.,..I've been told that my random sneezing is better than induced. Like when I'm caught off guard.

sneezytwilight - You'll sneeze eventually.. even without inducing. Especially if you're sick.. it'll happen.

It's frustrating to wait to sneeze though, isn't it? I hope you sneeze soon..just naturally.

I know right? Although now I don't think it was...I have another tickle, tried Cheeze-its and nothing. So maybe not. Although the more I sneeze the better I feel so maybe inducing wouldn't do any harm.

sneezytwilight - at least you CAN induce! I have a hard time with that.. so you're lucky.

The only time I can really induce is if I haven't used allergy nasal spray for weeks.. and why would I do that, and be so congested that I can't breathe? And if I have a cold, but then why bother inducing? Just sneeze!

Okay so it's not the Cheeze-its (that's still TOO funny).

Are you allergic to anything that could be causing your nose to tickle? Hope you can sneeze again.. inducing or not.

I know...I used to have hard times inducing. I always though i would actually stab my brain. But the most I have done is stab my throat and gag. LOL

I have seasonal allergies like pollen, ragweed, then rain brings mold spores.
