Did anyone used to watch the old Pokemon TV show? Back in like the second episode there was an episode where the pokemon center's power goes out. Power was essential in keeping some of the pokemon alive If I recall correctly. In order to generate electricity, a bunch of pikacachus were running on a machine with exerting electricity. (as seen at 14:30 in this clip. http://vodpod.com/watch/1588385-season-1-e...okmon-emergency )

When I just commissioned a sequence in which one of the pikachus has to sneeze while running on the machine. the idea is that a sneeze would shoot a high voltage of electricity, blowing out the power. Pikachu knows this. He knows that a sneeze could mean dire consequences and even death. at all costs he cant allow himself to sneeze.
