Holy allergies, batman! (F)

Suddenly the weather changed here on the East coast to sunny and blossoming after a long long winter. The trees are in full swing and my whole city is covered in little white petals and yellow pollen. I haven't seen such obvious allergies in so many people as I have in the past few days. Several of my co-workers are both suffering very badly for the past three days straight. One girl is by far the worst sufferer....I can't remember seeing anyone so constantly miserable from pollen. Her poor nose is incredibly congested and leaking non-stop. She's rarely without a tissue in hand, either dabbing at her wet nostrils or blowing the most gurgle-y, miserable blows. Her nose is now pink around the edges and when she's got a moment of quiet, I'll spy her sitting curled up in a chair, tissue to her face, looking exhausted. I don't blame her- I can't imagine trying to sleep with the level of congestion she's dealing with! Poor thing!

fantastic obs and as i suffer from really bad allergies, i do know what its like and i feel for her.
