A Chatroom Question/survey thing

am i the only one who feels like they can't type anything right in the chatroom? not like spelling errors, but typing/saying all the wrong things? i know, i know i'm weird.

I make a lot of typos in chat too, but then again, I do that everywhere. I tend to type really fast, and I'm never quite used to the keyboard I'm using, so muscle memory keeps screwing me up. If I type slower I usually don't make as many mistakes, but where's the fun in that?

As for saying the wrong things, I'm not quite sure what you mean, but I probably still do it a lot.

I do a lot a better at saying what I mean and not being misunderstood in the chatroom than I do in the forum in general, and the same goes for understanding other people. The ability to instantly rephrase yourself and to ask or answer questions is good. Still, there are always going to be misunderstandings when people communicate in text- you can't get tone and emotion across very well. At least we have smilies

I guess it depends what you expect from a chat room.

Personally I don't mind typing random nonsense
