Furbies...

Does anyone remember these creepy toys? I used to have a few of them for some reason. Long before I knew I had the fetish, I would neglect to feed them for a while--when you didn't feed them they would "get sick" and make coughing/sneezing noises. Did anyone else do this, or was I just a little freak when I was a kid? XD;

Oh these things... I knew they sneezed sometimes, though all the best stories about them are totally random. xD

Most of the time, my brother and I actually over fed ours because if you just kept holding the damn tongue down for like 5 minutes straight it would fart. Being crazy little kids, we found that to be quite amusing.

There was also that time that our Furby had a sex change... I swear, all I did was press the reset button. I had no idea what it would do. I'm innocent.

Yes. Furbies sneezed all the time. I tried not to think about it much though. Those things scared me. xD

Ahahah, if I'd known that they did that I probably would have overfed them--I thought stuff like that was funny when I was little. My sister and I were sadistic little jerks and enjoyed starving it. My brother felt bad for it and fed it despite our protests. xD;; I think he was young enough at that point that he didn't understand that it wasn't alive and didn't have real feelings--it was sort of cute.

Oh my goodness I TOTALLY did that! But as I got older it started getting a little.....boring? Although, it could have been the fact that my grandma would kiddingly scold me for letting it get sick and, well whenever my family gets involved the fetish (even if they don't mean to) its just......Guh *shiver* Haha, I guess im a little freak?

I never had one of those but uhm... yes, remember sort of listening in when the ones the other kids brought to school (before they were banned from there) made sounds and very much liking the sneeze sound.

my friend had one when we were about 6. Hers used to sneeze, and when i found out it could do that- i wanted one!

I don't remember if my Furbies sneezed... I mean, I think they did, but I was a latecomer to the fetish, so I didn't really think anything of it. They were fun to play with when I was a kid, though. My poor black Furby was like Algernon... He learned all his English in a day and then died. Like completely stopped working. *sigh*

Haha, I was big into my furby! I bought it on the cross-channel ferry from France. I never *made* it get sick, it never occurred to me, but it did one time when I left it switched on "awake" in my Grandma's car while I was away. There was lots of sneezing on the way home, but it just made me seriously uncomfortable. I can, however, recall EXACTLY what his sneezes sounded like. Damn fetish brain!
