Ten Points From Gryffindor!

Hello everyonnnne  I've had this idea in the back of my head for awhile now, and ever since the premiere of DH part 2 I've been even more excited to write this, so, I thought I mise well give it a shot, and see if anyone else is interested in watching a strange, cold man get ill

The fandom is Harry Potter, obviously, and I do not own any of the characters at all. I'm not really sure what year it takes place, so you can choose unless I specifiy it later on or something. ;) Also, Harry is a little nicer to Severus then usual in this, just because i felt it necissary.

More parts will be posted if anyone is remotely interested. So, uh, enjoy? :D

Severus Snape’s large hooked nose gave a barely visible twitch. He had hoped no one in the staff room would have noticed, because it was an ever so slight movement. It wasn’t like he had sniffed, or sneezed. His nose just twitched, but Dumbledore stopped speaking.

“Severus, are you all right?” Albus spoke with the utmost gentleness.

‘Hmm.’ Severus thought to himself as all of the staff members seated around the long table turned to eye him. ‘Leave it to Dumbledore to notice the smallest of movements.’

“Of course.” Snape’s thin mouth formed a small mocking smile.

“All right.” Dumbledore said, his eyes full of concern never leaving Severus, “I shall carry on then.” And then he picked up where he left off regarding his announcement involving the Christmas holidays that would be popping up soon this month. The staff members quickly returned their gaze to Dumbledore, not giving Severus a second look. No one really liked Severus enough to care anyway.

“Dumbledore, sir. If I may interrupt.” Snape crossed his arms and sighed as the table once again had all eyes on him.

“Why...of course, Severus.” Dumbledore’s concerned eyes focused once again on the bitter man, “What is it you need to say?”

“If this important meeting is only to stress about the winter holidays, then I hope you don’t mind if I...leave?” Snape’s eyes were small black slits, and he made sure all the staff could see that he was not amused.

“Certainly, Severus.” Dumbledore nodded slightly as Snape rose from his seat and began to leave, “But before you go, there is one thing I believe needs to be mentioned.” Severus turned slightly to look over his shoulder at the much older man, “And that is?”

“There is a nasty bout of cold and flu going around. Make sure you all take care.” Dumbledore spoke to everyone but Snape could tell it was meant only for him, “...Very well.” He sighed before continuing his walk out of the staff room, his black robes billowing behind him.

‘How was Dumbledore able to tell?’ Snape thought to himself, ‘It was barley a movement, just a slight twitch, nothing more.’ He was headed for the dungeon, a place where he could be alone at long last. Snape was just making his way down the second last flight of stairs when he felt it coming. It started at the tip of his long hooked nose, which gave another protesting twitch, this time much more noticeable. Quickly Snape began walking faster as the irritating sensation began slowly itching up his nose like a slithering snake. The tickle seemed to be touching every part of his large nose. Snape was about halfway down the last flight of stairs when his breath began hitching. His mouth parted slightly and he gave a barely audible “Hiih...”

“Hello, Professor!” Came a cheerful chirp from one of the Slytherin first years he taught. Snape, being unable to speak for fear of letting out his sneeze, merely gave a tight smile and nodded. His nostrils were flaring now as the tickle toyed with him, coming back with full force and vanishing for a couple seconds. Finally, to Snape’s relief he made it to his potions classroom and locked the door behind him. There, he stood, facing the door as he let the tickle have its way with his nose. “Hiih...Huh...uh...” Snape’s breath hitched uncontrollably as his nostrils seemed to pulsate, unsure of being large or small, unsure if the sneeze was coming or not. Severus’ eyes began leaking as the tickle finally took full force, invading every part of his irritated nose. His nostrils flared as wide as they could, allowing Snape to get as much air as possible into them, readying him for his sneeze. “Huh...Huh...HII-”

“Professor?” Came a voice Snape knew all too well. Quickly Snape whipped around, brought his hand up to his face and let out a small fit of sneezes, “Hii’tchoo! Ha’isshoo! Hiih-HIII’TCHOO!” Quickly he cleared his throat and regained his composer, trying to look as menacing as possible, “What do you think you’re doing down here...Mr. Potter?”

“I-I was just...” Harry looked around awkwardly, “I was just trying to finish my potions assignment, Professor.”

“...” Snape sniffed and wiped a long finger under his nose, “I see.” Snape turned back towards the doors and unlocked it, “But why, Mr. Potter, are you in my classroom and not working on this in the library or your common room?”

“E-earlier today I was talking to Professor Dumbledore, and he told me that you wouldn’t be staying the entire meeting, and to wait for you in your classroom.” Harry stood up and shifted around, “I had a question to ask you. Believe me, sir, if it were up to me, I’d of just been in my common room asking Hermione. But Dumbledore insisted I ask you personally.”

“...Right.” Severus blinked and took a step in Harry’s direction.

“Oh and um,” Harry’s green eyes locked with Snape’s, “Bless you, Professor.” Severus, visually taken aback by Harry’s kindness and Lily’s green eyes stumbled slightly, “Mr. Potter, sucking up will get you nowhere.” He managed to squeak out.

“I’m not trying to suck up, sir.” Harry said through clenched teeth, “I’m just trying to be nice. Are you ill?” He always hated when Snape was rude to him when he was trying to be kind.

“I hardly see how that is any of your...” A blank look spread across Severus’ face as he began fumbling around in his front pocket, “Any of your...”Quickly he pulled a bright red handkerchief out of the pocket and brought it to his twitching hooked nose, “Haa-NNXH!” He stifled, pinching his nose with the cloth. He cleared his throat, “Any of your business, Potter.” He sniffed and tucked the hanky back into his pocket casually.

“Look, I don’t understand what I’ve ever done to you,” Harry spoke, obviously getting slightly annoyed at the Professor’s ignorance, “But I’m just concerned for your heath, that’s all. I’m trying to be friendly. If this is a bad time, I can go.” Harry began picking up his potion books to leave but Severus stopped him.

“Sit, Potter.” He commanded, to which Harry promptly obeyed, “If you’re so concerned about my health I’ll be pleased to inform you that I am perfectly fine.”

“Which is why you’re sneezing and your nose is red and dripping, correct Professor?” The look Severus gave Harry could’ve killed. He brought the back of his wrist up to dab at his nose and gave a small sniff, “I’m fine, Potter.”

“I still don’t believe you,” Harry blinked, “But alright.”

“...Fine.” Snape leaned over Harry and gave a slight sniff, “What is it you need help wi-hii-ith?” Having heard the small intake of breath over top of him he looked up, “Professor?”

Hii-tchoo!” The dark man sneezed, turning his heard over his shoulder to avoid spraying the younger boy,

“You know, I don’t want to get ill myself, I’ll just leave you alone.” Harry quickly retrieved his things and quickly made his way to the classroom door while Severus was distracted by blowing his nose into the red hanky, “Get well soon, Professor!” Harry chirped before closing the door.

“I’m not-!” Snape began but was cut off as Harry shut the door, “I’m not ill...” He grumbled to himself and sighed.

Wow, I'm glad you guys all like this :D I wasn't expecting such positive feedback, so thank you very much! I love all of you for reading this! :(

So, concluding my thanks, here is part two! :D

After standing up from his chair and relocking the classroom door to prevent anymore interruptions, Severus Snape sighed to himself and walked to a brick wall in the classroom. Daintily the potions master pulled out his wand, muttered a few words under his breath, and causally walked through the no longer solid wall. Turning back to face the wall the man muttered a few more words to once again seal the entrance to his bedroom before putting his wand back inside his robes with the utmost grace.

Hhh-nnx!” He sneezed quietly but forcefully into two fingers pinched around his flaring nostrils. He sighed once more and made his way to his small, hard bed. The man didn’t bother stripping off his robes; he usually didn’t anyway. He just quietly crawled under his thin blanket and gave a small shiver. It seemed colder down in the dungeons then per usual, but it didn’t really bother Snape. He was used to being alone and cold. With a small sniff the man reached under his pillow and pulled out a small picture.

“Lily...” He murmured and stared at the picture of a young woman with gorgeous red hair and piercing green eyes, “I miss you.” He then yawned, suddenly overcome with exhaustion, and fell into a deep slumber, the picture of Lily never returning to its home under Severus’ pillow, but staying on his stomach all night.

Severus awoke to the sound of breaking glass. He shot upright in bed, whipped out his wand and looked around, unaware of where the sound came from.

Suddenly the man’s head throbbed, and he dropped his wand in shock, gripping his head in his hands to somehow try and relieve the pain. Gradually the pain subsided into a dull ache in the back of Severus’ head. “Just sat up too quickly.” He reassured himself before looking for his wand, “Where did it-” He stopped mid sentence and let out a small gasp, “Lily!” On the floor next to his wand was his only picture of Lily, the glass in the frame broken from falling off of his bed that morning. Reaching for his wand and the broken picture, Severus put the picture on his lap and muttered a concerned, “Reparo.” The cracks in the glass were promptly mended, and the man sighed in relief. A muffled knock made Severus look away from his picture and towards the bewitched wall. He waited, silently, to see if the source of knocking had left or not when another small, muffled knock made him rise out of bed. Careful to put the picture of Lily back under his pillow safely, Severus cast a spell on the brick wall, walked through, and sealed it again. Halfway to the door, an intense need to sneeze invaded Severus’ sinuses. He continued to walk to the door, his nose quivering as he let out a quick intense, “Heet’choo!” into his elbow before opening the door.

“Ah...” Severus raised his eyebrows at the visitor, “Madame Pomfrey. How may I be of service?”

“Sorry to bother you, Professor.” Madame Pomfrey gave a kind smile in Severus’ direction, “But I was wondering if I could take some potion ingredients from your classroom? We’re running low on Pepperup potion due to the recent outbreak of colds. I was hoping I could take some ingredients so I could make some more.”

“...” Severus eyed Madame Pomfrey suspiciously, “Of course.” He said quietly.

“Thank you!” She chirped as Severus stepped aside to let her in, “Oh!” She quickly spun around, looking Severus, “I almost forgot! I heard you sneeze, bless you!” She laughed slightly.

“...Right.” Severus spoke through pursed lips. Madame Pomfrey, oblivious to Severus’ harshness continued with the topic, “You know, Professor, if you would like I could whip you up a Pepperup potion as well. I can spot an ill person a mile away, and your sneezes only confirm my suspicions. Pepperup would help a great deal-” But Severus cut her off.

“Frankly Madame I don’t know what you’re talking about.” He crossed his arms and glared at the woman collecting ingredients, “I am far from needing a Pepperup potion. In fact I feel perfectly fine. I do thank you for your offer, though.” Sounding more annoyed then thankful he added, “But if I needed a Pepperup potion I could easily make it myself.” Madame Pomfrey just smiled. Having collected all the ingredients she made her way back to the classroom door that Severus had been holding open for her.

“Again, sorry to have bothered you, Professor.” She smiled once more as she stepped through the opened door.

“It was, hii-” His breath hitched as he suddenly obtained the desperate need to sneeze. Severus tried to hold it back until the nurse was gone, “It was m-my-hii pleasure.” Madame Pomfrey eyed the hook-nosed man, watching his slightly pink tinted nose twitch madly, “Severus,” She almost laughed, using the Professor’s first name, “I am a nurse. You can sneeze in front of me.”

“I don’t know wha-huuh-t you’re talking abo-huuh-out.” He gave a tight smile as his irritated nose twitched madly in protest.

“Oh stop being a child!” Madame Pomfrey yelled. Her sudden shouts shocked the Professor, and his mind was momentarily moved from holding in a sneeze to the kind witch’s outburst. The lack of concentration was enough for his large nose to sneak out a few violent sneezes, “Hii-TCHOO! 'Tchoo! Haa-NNX!” Severus managed to barely stifle the last sneeze, the other two completely taking him by surprise, “Excuse me.” He sniffed, pulling out his red hanky to give his relieved nose a small blow.

“Yes, Pepperup potion would do you good.” Was the last thing Madame Pomfrey said before she closed the door behind her, leaving an annoyed professor to stand by the doorway in his own bitterness.

Lalalalalala, so. Update  And I forgot to ask earlier, but stargazer, if you're still reading this, and if I'm not mistaken, that's Alan Rickman in your picture, right? :proud:

I may not be updating for awhile now, so I thought I should put this up. My dog is, sadly, getting put down in two and a half hours, and I'm frankly trying to get my mind off of it, so I finished this chapter. I'll try to keep writing this afterwards, because I definitely want to finish it, but it may take a day or two before I even start typing this again. So, thanks again, and hope you enjoy!

“Severus?” Minerva McGonagall eyed the man as he strode into her office, “How may I help you?”

“Albus, Minerva.” Snape almost growled, “Where is he?” McGonagall removed her glasses from her face and raised an eyebrow at the man who was obviously stricken with anger, “Well, he is out at the moment.” She said, “May I ask why you need to speak to him so urgently?”

“If you must know,” Snape crossed his arms and shot McGonagall a horrid expression of anger, “I need to inform him to stay out of other people’s business.”

“Now excuse me for not staying out of my business but,” The old woman returned Snape’s look, “Why in the world would you need to tell him that?”

“I am a grown man, Minerva.” Snape hissed, his voice heavy with venom, “I know how to take care of myself. He doesn’t need to send Madame Pomfrey down to my classroom to ‘get potion ingredients.’” The professor air quoted; a look of disgust on his face, “I know what he’s trying to do, Minerva. And I am not ill!...Heh’shoo!” The sudden sneeze caught the Professor by surprise and he pitched forward, unable to cover his nose and mouth, spraying McGonagall’s desk.

“Pardon me.” He murmured, swiping a finger under his nose quickly. McGonagall pursed her lips, “I can assure you that I was the one who sent Poppy down to get ingredients from you, Severus, as we are running low. Albus had nothing to do with this in the least.” Snape’s eyes grew bigger at this news and he took a step back, a look of confusion on his pale face, “So...Madame Pomfrey did actually need ingredients? Albus wasn’t...Albus wasn’t trying to get her to check up on me?”

“No one is trying to check up on you, Severus.” McGonagall put her glasses back on the end of her nose and picked up a copy of the Daily Prophet, obviously done with Snape and his nonsense, “But I suggest you check up on yourself.” Snape sneered at McGonagall’s comment before spinning around and marching out of her office, his robes flying around behind him.

Heh’TCHOO!” Another surprise sneeze snuck up on Severus as he was just stepping out of the old witch’s room. He sniffed, and it shocked him to hear that his sniffs made a rather distracting gurgling noise.

“Bless you, Severus!” McGonagall called, “And feel better!”

“That wod’t be decessary, Miderva!” Snape called without looking back. The congestion in his voice annoyed him, as he made his way back to the dungeons hastily.

About to turn the corner for the stairs to the dungeon, Snape spotted Harry and his little ginger friend. Quickly, he ducked out of sight. He didn’t want to have to deal with Harry. Silently, he waited for the students to walk past him.

Ishoo! ISHHOO!” Harry sneezed violently, his palms cupped around his small pink nose.

“Bloody hell, Harry!” Ron’s brow knit in concern, “What’s gotten into you today? All you’ve done is sneeze.”

“-Snnf- Sorry, Ron.” Harry grumbled, rubbing at his extremely irritated nose, “But I’m fairly certain Snape got me sick last night. I mean, practically all he was doing last night was sneezing everywhere.”

“Yuck.” Ron winced, “You’ve got Snape germs.”

“Eerrg, tell me about it.” The young wizard sighed, “Would you mind coming with me to the infirmary? I think I’m going to ask Madame Pomfrey to...eeEE’ISHOO! Uug. Make me a Pepperup potion.”

“You’ll be smoking out the ears then, mate!” Ron laughed and Harry shoved him as they finally walked past Snape, turning a corner into a different part of the hall.

Hhuh-nnx!” Dust from the corner he was hiding in began wafting up Snape’s nostrils as he stifled a quick sneeze. The combination of dust and whatever was already bothering his nose (which he refused to admit was from a virus) began taking its tolls on the poor man, “hii’NNX’chuh! Hii’nhxxch!” A drip hung on the end of Snape’s nose and he wiped it away with the back of his sleeve.

“I would suggest a Pepperup potion, Severus.” The greasy voice of Filch was suddenly right in Snape’s ear and he flinched in surprise, whipping out his wand and holding it to the old squib’s throat, “I’m. Not. Ill.” He hissed. Filch took a step back, “Of course, not. I just heard you sneezing is all. Assumed the worst. I already had the bug, got a Pepperup and felt right as rain.”

“I’m not sneezing because of a cold, if that’s what you’re thinking.” Snape growled, continuing to point his wand at Filch who kept trying to take small, unnoticed steps backwards.

“Then why are you?” The squib asked carefully. Snape put his wand back in his robes and thought it over quickly. “Allergies.” He said firmly.

“In the middle of winter?” Filch questioned.

“Dust.” Snape practically spat the answer as he quickly turned a corner to the dungeon and continued his journey to his classroom.

‘Maybe I should make a Pepperup potion...’ Snape thought to himself as he made his way down another flight of stairs, ‘But if I did...I’d be smoking out the ears for hours...Everyone would know I was ill...which I’m most certainly not. No. I don’t need a Pepperup...I feel fine, just fine.’

But the truth was; he didn’t feel fine. In fact, he felt ill. Aside from the irritating feeling that never seemed to leave the back of his nose, he had a slight chill and a scratchy feeling in his throat that hurt whenever he swallowed.

Finally, after much walking and a few tired sneezes, Snape made his way back to his room, and collapsed onto his bed. He had just been asleep about an hour ago, but he felt completely drained.

Heh...HeEET’CHOO!” Snape let out a desperate, harsh sneeze. Too tired to cover it, he let it spray his legs, “Uuugh.” He moaned to himself, laying on his bed as he slowly fell asleep, dreaming of an old memory.

I am definitely still reading this, FFR. Yummy. And poor Harry caught Snape's cold too. I was hoping that would happen. And you're right, that is Alan Rickman in my picture.

Thank you, stargazer<3 It was hard having to put her down at first, but everyone's basically fine now.

And Forgotten Sorceress, I kinda like your idea about Harry. We'll see how this goes!

Hellooooo readers. So. I feel like I need to explain this a little bit. In the last update I said that Severus fell asleep dreaming of an old memory. Well, this update is that old memory, just to change things up a little bit. So I hope you enjoy this update, and this Snape/Lily fluff.

(The whole thing's italicized due to the fact that this is all a memory/dream.)

Hope you guys enjoy, and thank you for still reading :winkkiss: This fic will be coming to an end soon.

"Eeiieh...esha'oo!" The young Severus Snape gave a violent sneeze, bending him forward, his greasy black hair falling into his eyes.

"My god, Sevvy, you should really get some rest!" A concerned green eyed girl by the name of Lily Evans rubbed the ill boy's back, "I worry abot you, y'know."

"-Snnf- As buch as I appericiade your concernd, Lily, I deed to get this stupid project dodne." Severus gave a raspy cough, "Adyways, I feel fide."

"Oh, don't bullshit me, Severus!" Lily huffed, putting her hands on her hips, "You're sick. Why don't you just go get a Pepperup potion or something? They work instantly, really they do."

Severus sighed, "Lily do you really think I'd willingly drink a Pepperup potiodn and have Jabes Podder bother be because of the stupid side effects? Doe thank you!"

"Oh, Sev!" Lily laughed as the black haired boy blew his nose loudly, "It's only a little smoke out of your ears for a couple of hours! I've taken one before, it's not that big a deal! No one will care."

"Lily, you're dot the one who codstadtly gets beat up by those igdorant swides!" Severus grumbled before being taken over by another violent fit of coughs. Lily bit her lip and furrowed her brow in concern, "Sevvy," She cooed, scooting closer to the sniffly mess on the bench beside her, "Please go get checked out?" She placed a hand on his forehead, "You're warm..."

"...HhuuaaAAsha'OO!" Another violent sneeze escaped Severus' hooked nose and he caught it in his hand, but was disgusted when he realized what he had exactly caught, "Ug. -snnf-, Lily?" He turned his head and focused his watery eyes on his best friend, "Pass be a tissue."

"With pleasure." Lily chuckled and passed a tissue to her friend, "Blow hard. Your voice is getting on my nerves."

"You're so compasiodate." Severus glared at Lily before blowing his clogged nose.

"Sev, you sound gross." Lily laughed and laid her head on the boy's shoulder.

"As I said," Severus let a small smile creep onto his face has he rested his head atop of Lily's, "so compassionate."

"Well, you sound normal now, so I have nothing to complain about!" Lily nuzzled into Severus' warm, fevered neck and giggled into it. Severus couldn't help but laugh along with her, until he heard a familiar voice he would be fine with never actually having to hear.

"Oi, Snivellus!" Shouted James Potter, who was closely followed by Sirius Black, "What you doing with Evans?" Lily removed her head from Severus' shoulder and gave James a look that could kill, "Leave us alone, Potter."

"Lily, you look quite ravashing today." James smiled. Lily sighed, "Listen, Potter I don't want anything to do-"

"HaA'NNxx'choo!" Severus attempted to stifle his harsh sneeze, his fist pressed against his nose.

"Ooooh, does poor little Snivellus got a cold?" Cooed Sirius.

"Back off, Sirus." Lily shot him the same deadly look as she put a protective arm around Severus who gave another violent sneeze.

"Lily, why do you even bother hanging around with this scumball?" James smirked at the sneezy boy in front of him, "Pathetic, he is."

"Levicorpus!" Grunted Severus as he pointed his wand at James and watched him float into the air, being dangled by his ankles. Quickly Sirius whipped out his wand to rescue James, but Lily was too fast for him.

"Expelliarmus!" She shouted, knocking Sirius' wand from his hand.

"...Shit." Murmured a wide-eyed Sirius.

"Errg! You're not going to get away with this, Snivellus!" Squeaked a struggling James.

"Ahahahaha...ha...Haaa..." Severus' laughing quickly became overwhelmed with an extreme itching in his nose. He turned to Lily, "Luh...Lily. Run." Lily quickly caught on and grabbed her transfiguration assignment.

"Liberacorpus!" Bellowed Severus as James hit the ground with a thud, and Severus and Lily ran away, just in time for Severus to let out a loud sneeze, and for the two friends to laugh at the fun they had just had.

****

Severus moaned, his high fever left him in a completely uncomfortable state. The boy's throat hurt even when he breathed, and his nose was clogged to the fullest of it's abilities. Suddenly coughs erupted from the ill boy's mouth, shaking him, and leaving him gasping for breath.

"Oooow..." He sqeaked.

"Sev?" ‎Lily gasped, leaning over the boy's head, causing her red hair to fall onto his face, "Sevvy, that didn't sound good, are you alright?" Severus' eyes widened in shock, "Lily?! Lily what are you doing? What happened? Where am I?"

"That's a lot of questions for me to have to answer quickly, Sev." Lily huffed, leaning back into her chair, "Okay, one: I'm sitting in a chair beside you, making sure you're okay and breathing. Two: After we ran away from Potter and Black, you started coughing, couldn't get air and passed out, which brings us to out final answer; three: I brought you to the hospital wing, which is where you are now."

"Nooo, Lily, why would you bring me heeeere?" Severus whined, taking the pillow from under his hand and covering his face with it, "Essh'oo!" he sneezed.

"Because of that." Lily grumbled, reffuring to Severus' snuffling and sneezing, "You're ill, as much as you deny it." A muffled sentance came from underneath the pillow, and Lily gave a small smile, "You know, Sev, I can't hear you with that thing on your head." Severus sighed and removed the pillow, "I don't know why you worry about me, Lily. I honestly feel perfect."

"Severus, stop it!" Shouted Lily. Her sudden outburst shocked Severus and he looked at the girl, slightly afraid, "You don't need to be strong in front of me, okay? You don't need to be perfect, or even smiling for all I care. You're my best friend, Sev, and I'm going to love you either way. I want you to not be sick, and to not be hurting. So stop pretending that everything's fine, alright? You can be broken in front of me. I'm not going to judge you, I'm just going to make it better."

"Lily..." Severus murmured, "I...I-Essh'oo! Ugh...I don't feel well." Lily's smile was as bright as the sun as she leaned forward and planted a soothing kiss on Severus' forehead, "Thank you, Sev. Now. I've got the nurse making a Pepperup, she should be done in it an hour or so if you want to nap and-"

"Lily, don't make me take a Pepperup!" Severus wailed, grasping Lily's hand, "Please, I don't need Potter hassling me for something like that. Pleeeease? I'd rather tough this out then have smoke spewing out my ears!" Coughs burst from Severus' chest, and he took his hand back to cover his mouth.

"But just listen to yourself! You sound like you're going to hack up a lung sooner or later!" Lily cried, "I don't like it, Sev. I want you to get better, but if you're refusing to take the medicine that actually works, what am I supposed to do? Nurse you myself?"

"Please?" Whispered Severus, as he once again took Lily's hand, "Please, Lily?"

"Sevvy, I don't know one thing about medicine! I don't think I-" She started, but Severus was already fast asleep, still grasping Lily's hand, "Oh, Sev." She said, "Fine. I'll make you better."
