sneeze fetish...part of you all along or acquired?

I was reading a manga about a girl with a fetish for 'little sisters' that she's super embarrassed about, but refuses to give up because she likes it and can't help it. I like the way she puts it. She says it's not like it she chose it, but more like it chose her. She liked it before she even knew she liked it. I feel like this applies to this fetish, what do you guys think?

I didn't even know that I had a fetish, but I still liked it when (certain) people sneezed and I didn't know why until I found this site. So that's why I think it was part of me all along.

I was thinking about this lying in bed this morning actually. I was trying to remember my earliest sneeze-related...anything. And I don't remember LIKING sneezing earlier than 4-5 years old, when I was obsessed with Sesame Street's Count Von Count's sneezing fit after sniffing pot plants and counting them and the sneezes...and some very interesting sensations I had after waking up from a sneezing dream when I was very young, which I didn't recognise as arousal at the time...

But earlier than this, at maybe 3-4 years old, and onwards through childhood, I can only remember certain nose-related things I found HIGHLY embarrassing. Like, I remember my mum getting frustrated at me refusing to blow my nose when I had a cold. I was embarrassed to blow my nose...she was holding a tissue or hankie to my nose and saying BLOW!!!! and I just wouldn't. I was MORTIFIED, even back at that really young age.

I hated sneezing in front of my parents, or even sniffling. I hated any sort of attention to do with my nose or cold-related things. HATED IT!

So...I have definitely had this fetish pretty much since I could think and talk. Why? I have NO idea.

I think it's something I've always had. I remember being interested in sneezes when I was little and not understanding why and as i've got older that "interest" has just got stronger. I also always loved my own sneezes and I remember as a kid, before I ever suffered with allergies, i'd run around fake sneezing *cringe!!!!!!* So I think I was born with it and I was picked to have a sneeze fetish

I think I was born with it. I can't however recall my family members sneezing when I was a kid - I mean like not at ALL! - but cartoons and girls outside of family - wohoo was I ever interested in their sneezing!!

I've had it for as long as I can remember. I remember going through this phase when I was about 4-5 and absolutely HATED sneezing. My own and that of others. I didn't like the feeling I got "down there" as at that time I had no idea how to relieve it. Ha, I've learned much since then.

I have heard other people on the forum say that they developed it later in life though, so I guess it's different for everyone.

I've definitely had the fetish since I was young, like 3-4, so I'm guessing I was born with it. I got really embarrassed whenever sneezing happened in cartoons, but I never knew why. I just knew it wasn't normal, so I naturally kept it a secret. As I got older, like 6 or 7, I actually started talking about sneezing. Gah, I'm stupid.

I would like, ask my friends what their best fake sneeze sounded like... But they were always like, "I don't know...achoo I guess." and that confirmed it for me that I was different. So from then up until now I've kept my mouth shut about it. Silently, I watched sneezes happen around me daily, every time it gave me a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach. Then one day I was googling sneeze related stuff and found this place, and found my 'liking' for sneezing was something more.

Then I realized that I've always had the fetish

I can remember somethings from when I was like... very young. I know the fetish has been there always. I knew it was somethign sexual for a long time before I learnt what the word fetish. One day I just tought "Oh god, could that feeling be this thing?" and well... Yes. I've been made, as I used to call it, "squirmy" by sneezing for as long as I can remember, I'm thinking maybe 2 or 3? I learned to read at a very early age, and I remember sneezing in children's books giving me feelings that I had no perspective for recognizing. There was this one, with this witch that was itchy all over and when it got the the page that said her nose was itchy and she sneezed a powerful sneeze that all the spots blew off the animals and such. I read it at least every day for a while, until I found the story about the mitten, which I then read every day. And then there was "the true story of the 3 little pigs". It's funny, though, in real life I never noticed anyone sneezing, or at least if I did I can't remember it.

I have acquired what I will call a 'kink' for sneezing, mainly since I discovered this forum when searching for sick/caretaking fanfiction. I have always had a liking for illness as plot, I guess, but the other feelings came after. Even now, it takes a specific set of circumstances for sneezing to do anything for me, so I'm sure that it was a later-in-life, internet-fueled attraction, probably stemming from general association with sickfic.
