Inducing for personal reasons?

Ok. I never... NEVER sneeze in front of my parents. They are both compulsive blessers and I don't like sneezing around family. But I have a huge thing for hearing someone say bless you when another person sneezes. I haven't sneezed in public in forever, but now I wonder if my friends (especially guy friends) would bless me. Im thinking about inducing the next time im on the phone with a friend to see if i'll get blessed. I would totally freak out and be thrilled. So, thoughts? Anyone ever done this? Anyone else have a "blessing fetish?"

I've done this before! I LOVE being blessed, so if I'm ever feeling like I want a good blessing I induce a sneeze over the phone. The problem is I sometimes get very sad and disappointed when I induce and it goes completly unnoticed.

I think you will find a "blessing fetish" is fairly common ...

Yeah, many years ago I induced 2 sneezes on the phone to my then-girlfriend / best friend (still best friends, now not partners)...I'd never sneezed in front of her or anyone else (and still haven't really, nobody I know well anyway)...and she found my sneezes cute. She said "bless you" (both times...the sneezes were about 2 minutes apart)...it was exciting. I was so nervous though. I never did it again. lol
