The Day and the Life of A Waitress....or Two (F)

So, this is my first Ob - mostly cause it took me so long to gather my courage. ;) I hope you all enjoy and nice to meet you! :lmfao: [PS: Any advice for my next ob, would be greatly appreciated]

I work at as a waitress, and one of my duties before closing is to empty all the salts and peppers. As the other waitress D, and I were emptying the peppers when she scrunched up her face, wiggling her nose (it is worth mentioning that she has a cute little nose ring that wiggles when her nose scrunches), turn her face to the side and let out, in quick-succession five loud sneezes:

"Huuuchooo....HEeeEESCHO...ESCHOO...ESSCHOO...HU--huuuSCHO!"

Chancing a glance, I dutifully went to respond, when my own nose started tickling and I let out a stifled: "--Choo" followed by a muffled "AASSCCHOO" into my hands.

As I walked away to wash my hands, she fell into another pepper-triggered fit or about eight sneezes....and this is a weekly duty.

Working in a restaurant myself, I am ALL TOO familiar with this duty. Every night we have to make sure our salts and peppers are stocked up in our respective sections. It's lovely to hear a chorus of sneezes erupting everywhere, even if that darn pepper gets to me sometimes, too! Of course, having a cold doesn't help at all. :lmfao:

I often wonder why you never see 2 people sneeze at the exact same moment - I mean I know it's unlikely but by the law of averages it should happen at least once in a lifetime, no?

Anyway, yours obs were pretty close to that so thank you!

Great obs! Sometimes a true classic source of sneezes (ie. pepper) never fails :) Never seems to happen in the restaurants I visit though...

That was wonderful. Thank you for sharing! The only advice I could give is to do it again next week. :)
