Unusual obs in an Asian restaurant

Me and two friends were having dinner in an Asian restaurant earlier this week. It was one of those very busy places where you get seated with strangers and the staff are businesslike and a little abrupt. About two thirds the way through hour meal, some poeple sharing our table left and two waiters came to bus their places. Our guy was tall, of what I'm fairly sure was Chinese ethnicity, aged probably 30-35. Anyway, as he began to move away from the table with an armful of plates, he sneezed a loud triple. They were actually pretty fantastic sneezes - "HaaASCHOOO!! -hitch- HatTCHOO!! -hitch- HeSHOO!!!" The odd thing about this is that he sneezed them all directly down, into the top plate in his arms, and did it in full sight of the dining room. When you think about it there's really nothing unheigenic about this, since those dishes were going to be washed. And he may have had no choice, if the sneezes came on suddenly and his hands were full. Still, it was a very odd moment. You'd think maybe he would have moved for the kitchen a little faster, at least. On balance, though, I wouldn't complain

Oh yeah that totally doesn't bother me if he didn't sneeze onto any actual food. Those sneezes sound lovely too.

Give me nice uncovered sneezes any day - who cares about dishes which are about to be washed anyway ?

Makes me think - you don't often see waiters sneeze, do you ?

Once, long ago, the Italian show Paperissima aired a clip of a café waiter in the throes of a sneezing fit - couldn't hold his coffee and hot chocolate cups in balance to save his life... It was pretty long too, divided into shorter sections if I remember correctly, and included in a medley of funny/embarassing stuff of this sort. I don't think it could be found again except perhaps in some private archive (the show aired stuff that people filmed and sent to them) - still, it was nice.
