Need some advise to train my dog

Hello everyone

Two months ago I've adopted the cutiest puppy ever: a light brown miniature pinscher.

She's so ADORABLE but still needs some training, I really can't get her to do her needs while I take her for a walk.

She walks but does not want to do anything, she just resist as much as she can and then, as soon as I get home I get this relieved look like "oh finally we're at home so I can do my business". She runs into a corner of my house and does it. I tried everything, staying out as much as I can (freezing my but! xD), saying "NO" but nothing.

Anyone has some advise I can adopt?
