NoV Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 As a heterosexual male, I find that I am pretty much repulsed by male sneezes - actually to the point of feeling quite ill if I have to listen to or witness them. The complete opposite to how I feel when listening to or witnessing female sneezes in fact. I have always assumed this to be how others experience the fetish... but is it?So I am curious - do some people enjoy both male and female sneezes regardless of their sexual preference? Does this indicate a non-sexual element to the fetish? Or like me, does the thought of one particular gender sneezing make you a little queasy... Would love to hear your ideas
mysterysneeze Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 *Saw this pop up* I'll say something here . For me, I really like female sneezing! In real life, anime, cartoons, or in books/stories With males, I actually don't mind them sneezing in anime or cartoons, but in real life, I think I feel more awkward when they do to tell you the truth. It isn't an unpleasant or queasy feeling, it just feels incredibly different than when a girl or a woman sneezes. Don't know if that answers your question though ^^;. This is a great question though .
March Hare Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I find that my preference has shifted slightly over the years. I discovered I was bisexual before I knew about the forum, but at the time I joined I was still all "male sneezing is sexy, female sneezing is awkward". Lately, though, mostly thanks to a bunch of fucking brilliant artists around this place such as spoider and VoOs, I have come to appreciate female sneezing more and more. The funny thing is that when it comes to sneezing in real life, observations I mean, I still prefer male sneezing. But who knows what may happen.
TicklesWithFeathers Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Being a heterosexual female, I actually was attracted to female sneezes first! Then when I discovered the fetish I prefered male sneezes. To me it doesn't matter which sex it is, I enjoy it. But in no way do I feel attracted to women in that way! ... This probably doesn't make much sense (:
VoOs Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 (edited) Okay, here goes... I'm a bisexual female. I prefer women in real life, but prefer men in fiction and fantasy. I'm equally turned-on by female and male sneezing in real life, but I strongly prefer male sneezing in fiction. Not because male material gives me more sexual pleasure physically, but because the idea of men being vulnerable (and being sexually objectified) is far more satisfying to me on an intellectual level. The only sneezing that makes me queasy, regardless of gender, is that of family members and really old people. Bluebird Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 My situation is so weird. I'm not quite sure of my sexuality as of now- don't think I'm bisexual, though, and I feel as if I'm more pansexual but I dunno.Anyway. I've always preferred female sneezing to male for some reason. It just sounds better to me and seems to happen more often, which is why I prefer them, I suppose. This bias could probably be blamed on my dad's huge, gross sneezes. I'm not sexually attracted to sneezing, like I've stated a few times before, so I guess it's okay? Hell if I should know. I enjoy male sneezes as well, but I really prefer female.
Chanel_no5 Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I'm probably the most lesbian woman on the planet. And yes, I only like female sneezing.
Pokesneeze Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I feel the same as NoV. I don't really like it when men sneeze either. I only like female sneezes.
thesneeze123 Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I absolutely hate it when males sneeze, ugh, it so gross. Now a female on the other hand, is why I am on the forum. I just skip all the obs, stories, and sneezing in the media about male and check out the female ones.I think I like female sneezing for two reasons. One is because Im heterosexual and two is because female sneezing is more high pitched and sounds less gross Male sneezing sounds all messy, and too low pitched, but that's just my opinion
Guest beezy22 Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I am very much a heterosexual female, but I have always preferred female sneezes. I'm not quite sure why. I'll enjoy an occasional male sneeze, but it has to be EXTREMELY masculine, and very loud (again, not sure of my reasoning, but I don't question it). Luckily the new boyfriend fits that category (lucky me!)
flower Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I'm equally turned-on by female and male sneezing in real life, but I strongly prefer male sneezing in fiction. Not because male material gives me more sexual pleasure physically, but because the thought of men being vulnerable (and being sexually objectified) is far more satisfying to me on an intellectual level. I agree with all of this, though I am heterosexual. I find that I seek out more male sneezing (in fics, wavs and on youtube) but if I happen upon a female sneeze that I like, well that's good, too! That being said, it isn't just about whether it's male or female, it's the sound of the sneeze itself that is important to me.
Kiwifruit Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I'm that woman feminists everywhere hate. I like female sneezing most, partly because for me, the fetish is strongly about caretaking and I love the idea of a guy looking after a girl much more than any other pairing Big strong (but tender and sweet) men saving their helpless damsel in distress and all that. Yes, I love Disney movies I will quite happily take both though, I'm just fussier about the type of male sneeze I like. Though my favourite types of male sneezes do more for me than my favourite types of female sneezes, even though I like a much wider variety of female sneezes.I'm completely straight in every other way though, weirdly enough *shrugs*.

Thank you. Thank you so much. :'D
LeapYearKisses Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I consider myself to be heterosexual. but I like both female and male sneezes. In fiction, I prefer male sneezes, and the concept to me is infinitely more attractive. I like the sound of female sneezes better, though, so when I'm listening to wavs, it is almost always female. But I've come to realize that this isn't really a fetish for me, per se, but more of a kink that's related to my greater love of hurt/comfort, so I don't find real life sneezing to be that attractive in any case. Does that make sense? XD
TheCakeIsAlive Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I'm a mostly heterosexual woman and I like both male and female sneezes. For me there is a non-sexual component to the fetish. I can find certain sneezes "cute" or "interesting" while they have no effect whatsoever (positively or negatively) sexually. However, I can respond to both male and female sneezes in a sexual way.In fiction it's pretty much anything goes, I've got periods where I prefer male, periods where I prefer female and periods where it doesn't matter at all. When it comes to real sneezes, I tend to listen to female .wavs when it comes to YouTube, pretty much exclusively, while in real life female sneezes tend to have little effect. When it comes to male, I'm pretty picky, nearly to the point of "monogamy" as it were, though I can respond when I hear a particularly nice sneeze from a stranger.... yes I'm weird.
meepsy Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Aha...My situation is a little convoluted. In regards to general sexuality, I find I am attracted to the person far more than the gender, and I am pretty fickle about who I'm attracted to for both females and males. As far as the fetish goes, I have a very strong preference for male sneezes in fiction, (more male colds really), and it's hard for me to read something that I know will include female sneezes as well. However, as far as .wavs go, I very strongly prefer female sneezes. In real life I like both, but I prefer them to be from strangers. I find sneezes from my friends, family and even exes to be all kinds of weird.
Skiffy Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Bi.ALL the sneezes!(OK, slightly more into women in all aspects. But just statistically. If I really like someone it doesn't matter what gender they are, I just seem to be attracted to more women than men)
Honkytonklagoon Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 My preference is generally for women sneezing, although there can be exceptions. And, as we know, so many of us hate the sneezes of our relatives and people we just don't like. So it doesn't totally break down by gender.
alias Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 I am a straight female, and I prefer male sneezing over female sneezing. Male sneezing is the only kind that will attract me and turn me on, but I still enjoy either male or female sneezing in general. I still get that fuzzy, squirming, excited feeling from a good female sneeze, but it doesn't make me sexually attracted to the person. I just like the sneeze. Whereas a good male sneeze from the right person will make me... yeah.
Neri Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Okay, here goes... I'm a bisexual female. I prefer women in real life, but prefer men in fiction and fantasy. I'm equally turned-on by female and male sneezing in real life, but I strongly prefer male sneezing in fiction. Not because male material gives me more sexual pleasure physically, but because the idea of men being vulnerable (and being sexually objectified) is far more satisfying to me on an intellectual level.Oooh... this was a really nice summary which I also relate to!I am a bisexual female, and I enjoy both male and female sneezing in real life, however I find that with male sneezing (in real life), I am much more likely to appreciate it if the male is someone who I know and find attractive, however I generally love most female sneezes, even if I don't know the person and am just an innocent observer. Despite this, I also have a preference for male sneezing in fiction, and find myself far more likely to let my sneezy imagination run away with a male character from a book or television series, particularly someone who is not usually portrayed as vulnerable at all.
Hollow Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 I am a heterosexual male and I find female sneezes attractive... But male sneezes mostly just makes me feel uncomfortable... Am I weird?
SneezyHolmes Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 I love male sneezing. Female sneezing does nothing for, except every once in a while but thats hardly ever. Guys are just cuter when they're all sneezy and snotty~<3
Rhomberg Rabbit Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 (edited) How about a gay male who prefers female sneezing? How weird is that?[tho I like male sneezing as well.] Edited August 11, 2012 by Mayor McSneeze
Sniffle Lover Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 I'm heterosexual and pretty much have a strict male preference. But if I hear a sneeze and it's a good sneeze that I like and don't know the gender of the sneezer I usually just pretend it's male. If it turns out that the sneezer was female I still have the excited feeling from replaying the sneeze in my head because I thought it was male if that makes sense. Same thing goes for blows.
