How many handkerchiefs do you own?

Speaking today, I have 698, but I have two more which should be delivered today, to make 700, obviously.

Most of them are mens handkerchiefs, but I have a sizeable collection of ladies ones too.

it's a bit silly really, having that many, but I enjoy collecting and using them. Ironing them is the worst part, heheh.

Four. They are pale pink, checkered and patterned. All of them are cotton, because I'm allergic to anything else.

I have 50. I've just counted them as I only had 7 left i the drawer as all the others were in the laundry basket. I usually do a hanky wash about one every 3 or 4 weeks.

I guess that means I use about 1 or 2 a day most days. I always put a clean one in my pocket every morning and if I've been out all day and going out in the evening I usually grab another clean one if the morning one has been used.

I now have the chore of ironing them all. I actually quite like that bit I find it relaxing.

Most of my hankies are plain white with a thick 1cm hem.

The rest are either white with a coloured striped border or plain blue. I have a couple of darker grey and blue check ones.

I generally use plain white as they're the thickest and the ones I feel the least self conscious using in public.

The plain blue ones are ok except the darker blue ones can easily look really wet really quickly (too much info I know).

I'm still amazed how enthusiastic I can be about hankies, especially as most people think they are gross and died out years ago!

At last count 67.... mainly coloured / patterned mens but I have 2 ladies (present from a fellow fetishist), 4 silk, 10 white (initialled in corner) and 7 bandanas. And following on from Hankies106 ..an even 70 woulkd be far better so on the look-out for 3 more

today i found one of mine that went missing a few months ago in my dads hankie drawer

now i have 5 hankies (all plain white mens ones) and 2 bandanas

Hahaha heck yes hankman and cjblo! I found one of my plain white mens handkerchiefs I though was missing. It was in a hidden pocket of my purse! I put it there a few months ago in case I needed it (or the most wishful thinking- my boyfriend would need it and I would have the guts to offer it to him) So the count is 59 officially!
