Boyfriend scared the heck outta me (Long)

Alright sorry to bother everyone with my lame observations again but Jesus on a popsicle stick I need to get this out. ONTO THE OBS! Sorry it's long...

Last night I was sitting in my room, playing Titan Fall on the Xbox with my adorable Joe. He lives in New York, I in Pennsylvania. For a description he's about 6'3", dark hair, tan because he's very Italian, and he's super dorky and adorable even though he's one of those people who looks like he could rip your head off no prob. We talk over Xbox in party chat as well as on Skype.

Today was a party chat day as we were playing a game together. It's spring-ish time where we are and I knew that Joe has allergies. His window is open and I know this because I can sort of hear that annoying owl that has a nest just outside his window. While we were playing I was occasionally pausing to answer emails and Skype messages.

As I was turning around towards my computer I hear him take in a small breath. For a split second I think "Oh no someone probably killed him in his Titan or something and now he's gonna go ballistic on them". But then my heart nearly jumps out of my freaking chest as I hear him yell something that sounds like a mix between Russian and German.

IT WAS A SNEEZE. I was on the ground, curled up under my chair in terror, because my boyfriend sneezed. I'm not even going to attempt to spell it. Afterwards our conversation went a little like this.

"Whaaat was that?" Me.

"Uh... I sneezed." Joe.

"Bless you? Jesus I thought you were yelling in a different language." Me

"*laughter* No no I swear that's just how I sneeze." Joe.

He was super chill about it and meanwhile I'm just... sitting under my desk in shock. The boy nearly killed me with a sneeze. God I'm so lame.... Anywho that's how my boyfriend scared the heck out of me last night. The end

Omg I would be so shy!!!! Was that the first time ever hearing him sneeze? (duh) It's the worst because your imagination just goes wild at that point...

I know personally with me I still feel really embarrassed every time I hear my partner sneeze over the phone or a skype call even after 2 years lol

I agree, you aren't lame. It was just a really loud weird sounding sneeze, that's all. Loud sneezes can scare anyone, lol.

Just be glad you weren't the one that sneezed really loudly, and scared your BF.

awww this was cute! kinda reminds me of my boyfriend actually, sometimes when he sneezes unexpectedly, especially when I'm driving, it almost gives me a heart attack because it's so loud hahah
