Stephen Cosgrove's Treasure Trolls books-Troll with a cold

I have a vague memory of being at Target with my mom and grandmother and wandering away to look at these small storybooks about Stephen Cosgrove's (of Serendipity fame) Treasure Trolls characters (at least I think they were the Treasure Trolls...basically all I remember is that it was something to do with Trolls, lol). I was too young to know how to read at the time, but from what I could gather from the illustrations, the story had to do with a young Troll who wanted to help the older Trolls but kept messing things up, and at one point in the story, the young Troll walks into the house of an adult Troll in bed with a cold. Later on in the book, all the Trolls are running someplace, and the sick Troll is running while carrying tissues, one of which he (or she) is using to wipe his/her nose as he runs. :3

Has anyone ever seen this book before, or remember it? Just curious. The whole "lucky Trolls" fad of the 60s must have enjoyed a revamp of sorts in the 80s and 90s.
