Pool party sneezing attack (F)

Long time lurker, first time poster here. Hi!

I decided to break my silence with an obs of my lovely wife. We'll call her L. She's 33, 5'9'' and has light brown hair that is just below shoulder length.

We just purchased a new home with hardwood floors. Our previous home had carpeting and was problematic because we both have allergies, although hers are far worse than mine. We have 2 cats and a dog, all of which she's allergic to, so the hardwood floors make it easier to keep the dander and hair cleaned up. She's also allergic to dust, trees, grass, mold, and a smattering of random foods. She told me she had allergies her whole life, but they got a lot worse in her early 20's.

Anyway, our new home has a pool, so L and I decided to have a pool party/ housewarming party this past weekend. Everyone was out by the pool lounging, swimming, eating and drinking. I was grilling and was situated on the end of the pool closest to the house and chatting with some buddies. L was on a nearby sun lounger with some friends of hers. She had on a black 2 piece and some sunglasses that make her look like an insect. They're enormous, but she absolutely loves them. *shrug*

Between monitoring the grill and shooting the breeze with the guys, I noticed L sniffing and rubbing her nose. Admittedly, I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention to it because I was trying not to burn the food. I started paying more attention when I heard her say, "Oh my God, I have to sneeze SO badly! Ugh!" I kept watch on her out of the corner of my eye while I listened to the guys carry on about this and that. I was really glad that I happened to have on my sunglasses at the time, which made it difficult for others to see where I was looking. Her nose scrunched up in the same way it always does right before she's going to sneeze, I heard her sharp intake of breath then let out a loud "haaaetchoo!" followed by 3 more. The "ooo" of her sneezes tend to be girly and high pitched and the middle part sounds kind of like a sharp cough I guess. Each sneeze was about 2 or 3 seconds apart. A chorus of bless you's followed her sneezes. She sat up on the sun lounger and rubbed her nose vigorously for a few seconds, then tilted her head back and raised her left elbow in preparation to sneeze into it. A second later, she sneezed 4 more times, loudly. Her sister said, "Good lord, are you done yet?" L shook her head, raised her elbow again and sneezed two more times. She then stood up, tossed her bug sunglasses on the lounger and started walking towards the house, the while while sniffling and rubbing her nose. For those wondering, L does know about my fetish. I caught her eye as she walked past me, and she gave me a wink and entered the house. I could hear her keep sneezing inside the house while I tended the grill and our guests. I'm not sure how any more times she sneezed while inside the house, but she was in there for about 10 minutes.

When she reappeared, her eyes were red and she had a handful of tissues. There were no more sneezes til later on in the afternoon while we were all in the pool playing volleyball. She got out of the pool, sneezed several times, and then blew her nose into one of the tissues she had brought out with her earlier.

It was a really fun party for multiple reasons  It was probably one of my all time favorite obs of L that I've had in all our years together.

No wonder you married this girl! I would love to find someone like that. Lucky bastard!

She does have a sister who is single ;) I know her sister has allergies, but I don't know exactly to what, though. Come to think of it, their whole family is a pretty sneezy bunch.

Good observation! Great that you were still able to hear the sneezes after she had entered the house - it sounds like quite a fit :)
