HTTP 404 Error?

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but it seems like whenever I try to open a specific page/post on this site from somewhere like google or favorites, it will display the HTTP 404 Not Found error, saying the webpage cannot be found. I can only get on the general site (www.sneezefetishforum.org) and then from there I can open up specific posts. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yeah, that's because of the forum update we had a few days ago; the hosts (not our owner) changed the URL. Remove the /forums out of your favorites and the links should function as they normally do.

We have the same problem do you have any idea when it will be fixed?

I don't think anybody knows if/when it will be fixed, but I know HoL is working on it. In the meantime it's simple enough to fix yourself by manually removing the /forums from the URL.

In addition to what Junia said, in case you haven't seen it, I have reproduced below the text of an email that was sent to all members after the upgrade:

If you are still having problems once you have taken account of the points mentioned in the email, please let us know.

Dear all,

For those who didn't visit the forum yesterday and therefore weren't aware, the forum software was upgraded by the hosts last night. The upgrade was successful however there are a number of issues that have come out of this. The most noticeable of these is that the Constitution page has been removed and the forum index has been moved from:

http://www.sneezefet...orum.org/forums

to

http://www.sneezefetishforum.org

This is why, if you access the site through a bookmark, or auto-complete web address the link may well not have worked and you would have gotten a '404' page not found error. Please be assured the forum is up and functional! Please update any bookmarks to the forum you have to http://www.sneezefetishforum.org!

The reason for this change is because the hosts informed me last night during the upgrade that html/php pages written by us are not allowed on the host's servers. Therefore they removed the Constitution and moved the forum index to the root directory of the server.

Although the forum is active and all the major components work, we are aware that there are a number of elements that are not currently functioning as they should. If you notice anything that isn't working or doesn't look right around the forum, please let us know about it in this topic: Forum Upgrade Issues

Thank you for your patience and hope you continue to enjoy the forums!
