There are two sneeze fetish forums: this one, and sfforum dot invisionzone dot org, which is also in English.

I have never visited fetlife dot com, but it might have a section for us; however, it is most probably all in English as well.

There are not enough people who speak any given language other than English, I think to make having a whole fetish forum in that language worthwhile. If you think the community needs a Spanish forum, I fear that starting one yourself is the only option you have.
