Divergent Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 *FIRST OBS!* I'm expecting praise and feedback. Setting: I have been picked up by a new friend whom I met online (this was day three of hanging out), nighttime (I'd say around eleven). We are driving, destination being his place. Sneezer: Caucasian, early twenties, tall, slim, somewhat dorky in appearance. It came out of nowhere, breaking through the background noise of the once peaceful humming of the road and any passing cars. The expulsion of air, that is. No hitching, no audible intake of breath that I could detect. Basically a scare sneeze that I couldn't have prepared for. And for all you fans of the collar lifter, this guy's got that technique down, even whilst at the wheel. As soon as I heard the explosion (I quickly concluded him to be a medium-to-loud sneezer) my stomach did "the flip", a sensation I'm sure we're all too familiar with by this point. Initial instinct tells me "don't look, don't react, don't feel". However, it wasn't me who initiated commentary. Only moments after the incident my new friend sneaks a glance over at me and I receive a sarcastic "thank you", to which I smirked and responded with a snarky "you're welcome". Thought one for me at that "thank you" was "oh, s***". But I must say that that "oh, s***" was quickly followed by a pleasant sense of gratefulness. In fact it was at that point I felt confident enough to take just a bit of advantage of the situation. "Do you usually bless people?" is what I ask. He shares with me that he does, and I comment that I typically only do so if the sneezer is a stranger of which I'm trying to get on their good side. What can I say, I'm a charmer. ^_~ This friend of mine isn't much for manners either, but like me he will comply with social values for his own amusement.During this short chitchat I take notice of a pre-sneeze face of which I pretend to not notice, and that disappears almost as soon as it comes on. Probably because it came on right when it was his turn to respond to conversation. Not much longer though and pesky sneeze number two sneaks up on him again as I just so happen to be speaking, (still on the topic of blessing others mind you). Once again he lifts his collar with his right hand releasing another vocal sneeze under his shirt while keeping the other steady on the wheel. I pause to laugh, he smiles, and I am able to gracefully complete my sentence without any trace of error. Fast forward to later in the car ride and another spaced out double escaped him, followed by yet another sarcastic "thank you". And what do you know, a second sneeze conversation ensues thanks to the sneezer himself. I jokingly reply "hey, at least I'm not one of those people who tell you to shut up each time.... Shut up". He laughs and says something along the lines of "yeah, that's what my friends have been telling me all day today. They weren't happy that I kept interrupting their stories."I make the remark that "at least you're not one of those people who sneezes twelve times in a row or something". Apparently though, he has before. When I inquired about the cause, he did not have an answer. In addition to receiving this bit of information, he informs me "I'll probably be sneezing all night, I've been like this all day". Once again my confidence level wasn't exactly at a low point and now I wanted my suspicions answered. "Are you getting sick or something?" He tells me he doesn't think so but that he can never be sure, due to his abuse of caffein which usually masks any illness. I pressed on, a complete lack of fear by this point, questioning what his "problem was". My recollection of the discussion is hazy at this point, he may have commented on a dusty house, but he did say all his friends were smoking. "That's probably it", he told me. We spent the majority of our time in chairs in front of his laptop watching tv. One or two sneezes occurred. I kept my eyes fixated on the screen and said nothing, and neither did he. By the time we reached my house to drop me off, another few (what I believe to be his famous spaced out double) sneezes were let out. The last words I heard from him that night minus our goodbyes were "you're giving me allergies". I'd like to conclude with this note of wisdom. To all the fetishists out there who crave sneezy conversation but avoid it out of fear of being outed- chillax. To the general public sneeze talk is no different than various other bs conversation fillers. Take my story as an example. Unless you begin consistently doting on how adorable you think someone's sneeze is, chances are slim anyone will suspect a thing. So take advantage.

I have a friend who's allergic to cats but still come to Roleplay in a house with one of them, He always manage to sneeze a few times a gamenight and I always bless him before he does (he has a very long and very obvious pre sneeze face) and it became a kind of running joke - he prepares to sneeze, I bless him, the sneeze runs away - I'm evil, I know Anyway, I learned of his allergy the other day, when I got the courage to ask him why he sneezed so much. I don't remember much of the conversation but we laughed about it. Hey and congrats on the first post Divergent Welcome to the forum! Edited August 13, 2015 by Northern Angel

Divergent Posted August 19, 2015 Author Posted August 19, 2015 Thanks for the congrats, guys. Originally I didn't think to ever post but the more I thought about what had happened, I realized there were multiple fetishy elements. Figured someone would enjoy it. UPDATE: We went to the movies a few days ago and I'm almost positive there was a hold back. He lifted up the collar of his shirt over his mouth for a good few moments, and then I watched out of the corner of my eye as he switched from his shirt to placing a hand under his nose for another few moments. Nothing spectacular, but why not take notes? We spent our time "fighting" over the armrest, eventually overlapping our arms (his arm became my armrest basically). Flirtation for us pretty much consists of some odd touching and lots of insults. Thought I would add that small bit for BlackScatter.
