Pearlised Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Marcus looked down at his tiny temptress who lay with her head on his chest. He was smitten with this tiny girl and although they seemed from the outside to be polar opposites (big/little, pale/dark, loud/quiet) he couldn't imagine at better fit for him. He rarely spoke about such feelings but with the light splayed on her back, illuminating the pools of satin spread, Marcus couldn't help but agree that she was exquisite. And all his. They had been together only a short time period, really, 5 months, which was barely anything in the broad spectrum of life that he hoped to spend with her. Family members told him that he was a hopeless romantic and that he'd been hurt too many time to continue this delinquent ideology of love at first sight. Little did they know that he was less of a believer in love at first sight than he was of love at first sneeze. And he knew his Lilith, the brunette with the devil name and the angel curls, was the one. Their meet-cute had happened as an accident of rooming, with all of his things still in boxes Marcus had moved into an apartment that he had begun to rent through his college. The apartment block was full of hopeful kids looking to make it big in the city and pour their dreams out into their art for the school. He'd begun unpacking the bathroom through the back of the place- a task of high importance for him to close off all the spare cold medication and preventative measures that he shouldn't need to look at until winter hit- when he heard a small noise and muttering. Lilith swore that she made no such noise on that day and that she had simply entered with a silent confusion about boxes in the room that she had been told was going to be hers. He'd gone to investigate but before he'd rounded the corner he heard a beautifully sweet;"He-iTsch!"And then she came into view. That was when he truly fell in love. Her hand was dusty- she'd wiped the top of a box to see the name tag- and her nose was scrunched as she fought the tickle away. But that particular story was for a different time. Fast forward to 5 months later and he'd been in a whirlwind romance that had yet to stop and left the both of them spinning. He felt a small movement against his skin as she shifted and he snapped from his reverie. The window was wide open and it played with her lose curls, made them dance along his bare chest. He then saw the reason why she had shifted in the form of a tell-tale crinkle of her nose and a twitch. She moved her head again, and changed the direction she was facing to move away from the open window, her nose trailing his skin and giving him a little idea that she might have, unconsciously, been rubbing her nose free of the itch on him. She had no idea about his fetish, of course she didn't- how would that even come up? But her current actions made him a little too excited and he had to shift a little to keep himself comfortable too. She sniffled a little and then the tickle won over;"HiTch! HiTch!"She sneezed dryly twice straight onto his exposed skin. Marcus had to remind himself not to tense too much as she came round. "I'm so sorry!" Lilith apologized, looking mortified at the idea of sneezing so uninhibited and uncovered. Marcus shook his head and chanced an easy-going laugh. "It's alright, don't worry about it." She continued to rub her nose and looked at the window over her shoulder, finding it open and sending it an accusing look."It's not- it's my alluh- aller- hItSchh! Hiishew... hiTchhhw... allergies" Lilith managed to finish her sentence, sneezing into a cupped hand and still leaning on him but attempting to turn away so as her sneezes got wetter he caught a little sample of spray. "Is it bothering you, baby?" He asked with the intention of shutting the window for her at her confirmation. With puffy and increasingly watery eyes, she nodded a little miserably, coughing a bit as her allergies really gripped her. Marcus got up and slid her off so that she was lying in the satin puddle alone and closet the window tight, but the damage had already been done. He crossed the room and tipped her chin up, kissing her. "I don't mind your allergies." He attempted to set her mind at ease but she still gave him a sniffly pout as he pulled back. The pout didn't last long as she had to duck her head again as another fit pulled her under." Hitchew! Hitschhh, HitSHew, hih- h - HITchsoo! Ugh, it's starting early this year.... Are you okay there?" She asked spotting his sweatpant predicament and breaking a smile.Marcus looked down, following her eyeline and shifted, mumbling something about morning routines. He wasn't ready for her to know yet- she may be the one but it was all about timing and now wasn't the time. He excused himself to the bathroom and took half a second longer than he should have righting himself. When he returned she held out one single pathetic arm for him. "Come and lie with me." He wouldn't have dreamed of refusing.--xx--xx--xx--I feel like I need to appologise for the length- I had plans to make it longer but it didn't happen. Maybe it'll just introduce another installment at a different time? idk
Blah!? Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Aw, that was a really sweet little thing. Don't worry about the length at all. Quality over quantity, you know? It's always so nice when you decide to share your stuff with us. Thanks for writing and posting this one, and I hope you'll decide to do more in the future!
