A lot of times people are like 'tell me about a headcanon you have about ____ character." I love headcanons but the problem is that most of them are fetish headcanons and i'm not ready to let the world know yet

"Of course I'll tell you about my twelve billion sneeze-related Supernatural headcanons!...oh wait."

And I'm the sort of person that loves to flail about, well, basically everything to everyone, so it frustrates me so much that I can't just tell people!

Yeah...that's pretty much why I joined here. I had so much stuff in my head and I was okay with keeping it to myself most of the time but them I went "Holy crap, people who will understand!"

Ugh, I feel you guys. I love sharing headcanons and writing fic and all that, but I always stop myself beflre I share anything to do with the fetish because the average person just doesn't get it and it's so frustrating!

Oh this happens to me all the time. And yeah I don't tell anyone since I'm not ready to tell the world either. One headcanon I will share doesn't involve sneezing/illness though. A friend of mine drew one of my fave anime characters smoking (I have a mild fetish for fictional characters smoking, not real people though). Since I saw this fanart like 7 years ago I cannot picture this character not smoking. And he's not an anime character that does smoke so it's weird for me XD Funny thing is a few other people have latched onto this as well and made it our headcanon for him.

I cannot tell you all the times I've picked up an rp muse of a character just for the purpose of fetish headcanons. Of course, I bury those headcanons with "normal" ones and when people ask, I give them all the sad ones first xD

Oh, I haven't even been into fanfiction and stuff that long, but I feel like I'm already sucked into it for all eternity...

Most of my favourite character headcanons are also fetish-oriented. Like, they always have allergies. Always. And I tend to disguise this by giving them other sorts of respiratory issues/health problems as well, although I'm SO NOT INTO THAT! It's like I think nobody will catch me if I don't focus only on my favourite aspect. It's so dumb, really, but I can't seem to stop it.

Also, I think smoking is kind of hot, although I don't think the result of smoking is. But then again, I believe I have an oral fixation.

I'd say that for certain fandoms going over my head canons they tend to be more fetish related.

But then there are others which I really don't have any fetish headcanons for and instead have more typical head canons, or ones that are more missing moment style.

I think it has more to do with how I picture different characters or fandoms, there are some where I love the vulnerability that fetish head canons give the characters but then there are others where it just doesn't mesh in my mind.
