StarryView Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 She awoke to a pounding on her door, not unlike the pain in her head. "What time is it?" She wondered aloud as she stumbled to the door. Rubbing the sleep from her eyes she yawned and opened the door. "What do you- oh my god! What happened to you Jas?" Standing before her was a shaking young woman, hazel eyes bulging, with wind blown amber colored hair.Sirens blared as Jasmine stepped shakily inside. "That man who we joked around saying he was stalking me? Well it was actually true. He saw me at the store. And busted my window trying to get to me." She said, pausing to rub her sleeve across her nose. "I struggled to fight him off but he was too *sniff* strong. He heard the sirens and ran.""Jesus, Jas." Mandi poured some hot tea and slid the tissues over to Jas. "youre welcome to stay here. We can watch movies, talk about it more, or anything else..have basically a girls night if you think that would help you calm down?" Mandi suggested as she closely eyed Jasmine blow her nose. "That sounds wonderful!"After realizing they had fallen asleep on the couch and that Netflix was asking if they wanted to continue watching, Mandi decided she would make breakfast in attempts to make Jasmine feel a bit more comfortable. She knew how much her friend hates sleeping anywhere but her own home. As the smell from the bacon wafted into the living room, it began to awaken Jasmine. "Hah-empft!" Jasmines nose responded to the smoke, effectively waking her up. She casually walked to the kitchen, slumping in a chair at the breakfast nook, still half asleep."Morning!" Mandi said, with her usual morning pep."Hah-empft! Morn.. ni.. Heh-echhh! Ning.""Bless! So how do you like your eggs again?" Mandi asked, watching as Jasmine pulled out a tissue, another sneeze commanding attention."Heh-emffpt! *sniff* over easy." Jasmine answered slinking farther in her seat. Mandi was starting to wonder if the shaking earlier was due to fear or something else entirely.
