What is Dabbing?

Recently there has been a lot of stuff abut "dabbing", which apparently has gone viral.  Apparently it originated in hip-hop, but it appears to be simply a person placing their nose on to their sleeve as if to sneeze into it I you're a young person or wipe his nose on it, which we all know to be about the rudest thing you can do. Does anyone know anything about this?

I can't help hoping that something called "fumbling" will go viral, wherein the person stands perfectly still in a sort of sneeze paralysis, in which with one hand they fumble in their jacket pocket for a red, spotted hankie which they eventually find and then wave artistically about, never actually bringing it to their nose.  I wonder if we could arrange this....
