Snow Day (Percabeth)

A Percy Jackson and the Olympians fanfic, Percabeth (Percy/Annabeth) ship. They are so cute! Leave feedback if you want. This will be a short fic.

Summary: Camp Halfblood wakes up to two feet of snow, fun and chaos ensue. 

DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the characters from Rick Riordan, I'm merely borrowing them. I'll return them when I'm done

"Seaweed Brain, wake up." Annabeth said walking into Percy's room, throwing a pillow at his face. 

"Mmmfmmmtmm" Percy responded, his voice muffled in his pillow. 

Annabeth rolled her eyes, and grabbed his leg to pull him off the bed. 

"It snowed. You need to come see this!" She said. 

At that, his eyes shot open, and he sat up. "No way. Seriously?" He asked.

She couldn't help but smile at his childlike nature. "Come see for yourself!" She said.

He jumped up, put on several layers of clothes, and hobbled out the door. His eyes widened when he saw the thick layer of white blanketing camp. 

Then something hard nailed him in the back of the head. Annabeth had thrown a snowball. "Hey!" He yelled. 

Hmm, I'm the son of Poseidon, and  ice counts as water. I wonder...

he thought. Then he used manipulated a mound of snow to rise up, and launched it at Annabeth. She helped in surprise, laughing, and was buried under a mound of snow. 

Percy grabbed her feet and dragged her out, laughing. "That's what you get, Wise Girl." 

She punched him in the arm, but laughed anyway. She was shivering, and her teeth were chattering. 

"Gods Percy, it's freezing out here!" She said. Her nose and cheeks were tinged pink. Percy used his powers to get the snow off of them.

He grabbed her hand, to trick her, then snatched her glove and ran as fast as he could. "Give it back, Seaweed Brain!" She yelled and ran after him. 

Suddenly, she stopped. Percy came back, and handed her the gloves laughing. "What's wrong, Annabeth?" 

She answered him without words. 

Hep'Tishoo! She sneezed into her elbow, sniffling. Percy looked concerned. "I hope your not sick!" He said. 

She shook her head. "No way! I'm fine." 

They continued to throw snowballs back and forth, when she stopped again. Her eyes fluttered shut, and she brought her hands to her face. 

He'ISHoo! Ishoo! Hehh.. ISH! She sneezed again. 

"Bless you." Percy said. "Let's head inside." He put an arm around her and they walked back inside. 

She rubbed her nose. Percy started a fire in the fireplace, and they peeled off the extra layers and warmed their hands by the fire.

Annabeth still had pink cheeks and nose. She was shivering slightly. Percy pulled her gently closer to himself, and held her. She leaned back against his chest. 

A few minutes later, her breath hitched, and her eyes closed. She brought a hand to her face. 

Hehh.. HEP'TCHOO! ISHOO! TCHOO! She sniffled thickly. 

"Told you youve got a cold" Percy said sympathetically. He left and returned with two mugs of hot chocolate, and a box of tissues. 

She took them graciously. "Thangs, Percy." She said. She rubbed her nose. 

"I'b godda.. Sdeeze.. Hehh.. He'TCHoo! Tchoo! Huh.. ISHOO!

"bless you" Percy said. She leaned back against him. A few minutes later, Percy heard gentle snoring. He smiled, and thought 

Get better, Wise Girl.

Aww, very cute. Those two are a great pairing, nice job!

omg... i actually loved the way you described her leading up to the sneezes please right more! maybe her sneeze is stuck and she is trying to get it out with percys help
