Guest Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 If you know the origin of this phrase, you know that back in the 17th century Europe, if a conversation was boring, somebody would inhale snuff and let out a sneeze to show that. So would you want to see something like that in today's time? Also, would also like to see something similar when it comes to online conversations? For example, somebody using a sneeze emoji or a sneeze gif.
bingochamp7 Posted January 4, 2018 Posted January 4, 2018 Yes, I would like to see something like this. However, I can see it getting kind of awkward because non-fetishists would be using it too.

I feel enlightened! I feel it's quite an odd expression and probably wouldn't come back into common use, though if it did I agree that it would be through emojis . Also, any expression involving sneezing that has nothing do with sneezing is kind of like a false alarm. But I think that it's a cool phrase nonetheless.
