Hi, it's me again, been a few months. This is my obs for my day/night. I woke up early this morning, my throat felt weird so I decided it'd wear off quickly (I would sometimes get mini sore throats and they would be gone). I was soon proved wrong by my sneezes. "Achoo! Achoo!" Ah ha! My throat felt sprayed right after I sneezed and I did not like it one bit. So I go take a shower, no big deal, until I got out of the shower. My nose felt pretty runny so I blew my nose with some toilet paper and flushed it down. After I took some cold medicine that afternoon I went back upstairs with my can of Sprite to my room. My nose was bugging me again so I decided to stay in my room since I always had a box of tissues up there if I needed one. I blew my nose again, this time it was really messy! I knew my nose was runny, but I didn't think it'd be that bad. I really didn't want to blow or sneeze anymore that day! But that was because of my throat feeling sore. I didn't get what I hoped for of course. In the evening when dinner was ready I had put some nuggets in the microwave for myself. My sister was making mac & cheese in her rice cooker. "Achoo! Achoo!" "Bless you!" Said my sister. I asked if I could have a bowl of mac & cheese with my dinner and she said yes. I went back to my room after dinner with milk, my nose was irritating me. I know I wanted to blow my nose but yet I didn't. I was afraid of my throat getting worse. So I did anyway and I used up the rest of my tissues. I got another box of fresh tissues from the towel closet. Once I got back I laid down for a bit in bed, sniffling. I started coughing, I was sick for sure now. "COUGH! COUGH! COUGH! Bark! Bark!" Not the coughs that bark again. I had gotten those the last time. However this time I didn't have allergies, I had the cold. I kept coughing and coughing. Then finally I stopped for a while to lay back down. I gave my poor nose more and more tissues. And as I was writing this I gave it more. But I think I will stop here tonight. I'm sniffling and I think I'm ready to eat some ice cream and popsicles. I'll see you all later, bye!

awe I'm sorry your not feeling well, I would love to hold a couple tissues to your poor nose

Aw, thank you! I just got this cold today, so it hasn't been too long I've had it (hope it goes away soon). But on the bright side I made myself a banana split with vanilla bean ice cream, sliced bananas, and syruped strawberries. And having to take syrup cold medicine.

I don't like the medicine either, but we can't use children's syrup medicine forever (wish we could). But yeah, eating ice cream after taking quil is okay to do, cause that stuff just tastes like medicine. But I've been getting nosebleeds already and this is only day 2 of being sick.

Oh no not nosebleeds. I've not had one of them for a long time.

Hope you get better soon too. Loves the tissue usage too. Have you tried handkerchiefs before?

No, unfortunately I have not tried handkerchiefs. My mom never bought us those, only tissues were used. But I could see them great for nosebleeds or runny noses since they're probably a lot more layered than a tissue is. I was thinking of writing about my messy nosebleeds in observations, but I'll wait and see if I really want to or not. Cause some people get grossed out by nosebleeds when they're detailed. And I can get that way in my writing.

They would be good for nosebleeds but if i have a nosebleed which is rare now, I'd rather use my tissues as i dont want to have my hankies covered in blood. I'm not that good with blood.

You'll have to go out and buy some or search for them on ebay and try some

I could ask mom, but knowing me I'd want ones with cute prints on the hankies. But I wonder if they get cleaned up in the washer pretty good or not.

@Sneezy writer Pixie after normal usage they do wash really well. I've never really had any experience of a nosebleed while using them as i use tissues if i aee any droplets of blood.

You'll have to let us know if your mum buys you some.
