So I was playing with my main family I had my room mate/best friend go to a Club Honey Pop and after a while she needed to use the bathroom....and I clicked on one of the "Use and ?" out of curiosity and the option then turned into "Use & Sanitize" so after she got done the toilet flushed and it sprayed something on her causing her to sneeze.

For those who have the pose player the animation is:

Now my only hope is for seasons to come out and implant allergy sneezes

Update:

I was looking in the animation list...and I decided to try my luck...you can also sneeze from spice:

There's a cheat in Sims 4 to give your Sims illness symptoms!

(to enable cheats hit control shift C and type "testingcheats true" in the bar)

sims.add_buff CoughSneeze_severe (gives uncomfortable moodlet with message "stuffed up" from illness and your Sim will cough and sneeze and have tissues in their thought bubble)

sims.add_buff Fever_severe (gives uncomfortable moodlet with message "Feverish" from illness)

You have to have the Go To Work DLC for these. There's a bunch that come with it since that DLC has the Doctor job but the cheat won't work unlesa you buy that DLC.

Yup unfortunately you have to buy sneezy expansions for the game..the sims 3 just had a random sneeze for the sake of being random

sims 4 not so much you need: GTW, CL, and JA. I checked on seasons which is coming out...but sadly no allergies this time :(. But theres mods and I just started using the allergic to fur trait mod.
