Hi everyone, this is my first post here. Nice to meet everyone. So my story is that I have enjoyed sneezes very much throughout my life, since I was a kid. Not understanding those feelings sort of continued into my adulthood and now I'm in my early 40s. I've never told anyone. I accidentally stumbled onto this site a couple weeks ago, and I had no idea there were others like me. It was awesome! This led to you tube vids and reading related articles, and learning about this, etc and I feel like this new (old) part of my life has been opened up for me.

I really want to share this with my husband. I feel like I'm sneaking around and that's not me. I don't keep anything from him. We've been married 14 years but have been together for about 20.He is open minded so I don't really feel like I should be scared but I am!!! We have a satisfying relationship in and out of the bedroom so I think its gonna be ok but......I'm scared!!!!! Any advice?

I can definitely relate to you on a personal level in some ways. I was only with my partner for a couple of weeks before I told him about the fetish, but we had known each other for 2-3 years. Let me tell you, for me, it was the best decision I ever made! I wanted our relationship to be completely open, as I had just come out of a long-term relationship and didn't tell my ex about the forum or my fetish, and I always felt like I was sneaking around and looking over my shoulder, making sure my history was clear and I had no incriminating files on my laptop. It was exhausting! I didn't want that with my new relationship.

I made him guess at first, which was a lot of fun he didn't get it, so I ended up telling him. He doesn't really understand it, and I don't expect him to (just the same as I don't understand any other fetishes!) but he is completely accepting of it. Like your husband, he is really open-minded and accepting, and he even likes to tease me about it sometimes

My personal advice would be to go for it, but of course, you know your relationship well, and know your husband better than I do xD. But I do think it's so relieving and vindicating to be able to browse the forum openly, tell him about the friends I met here, show him my fics and tease him when someone else sneezes in public xD. I hope it goes well if you do decide to tell him, but I know myself (and probably everyone else here!) will understand if you don't

And i know its always hard to tell someone, even our significant others! About the fetish, but once you are able to open up, it will feel like a big weight has veen lifted off your chest!

Welcome, and I'm glad you found us!  I found "us" a LONG time ago, but only recently have I been brave enough to post.  

I recently told my fiancé.  It was scary, but the timing and situation was right.  I haven't known him as long as you have your husband, but I know that if someone loves me, I should be able to confide in them, especially when it's not something wrong or bad.  It sometimes feels that way because it's not something people talk about, but I think you'll be relieved.

I will admit that when I sat him down, I told him that I had to tell him something that was a little embarrassing for me to admit.  It took me a long time to get it out.  I did tell him from the beginning that it was not something illegal or something that was dishonest.  I think that made him know that whatever it was, it wouldn't hurt our relationship.  After hemming and hawing around, I finally told him.  He said it was no big deal at all.  After all, everyone has something, right?

I'm glad the secret is out now.  Even if he's the only person I ever tell, it's not a complete secret anymore.

Thank you all for your welcomes and encouraging words! I did tell my husband. It was hard to get out...I felt so embarrassed...Anyways I told him I had a specific thing that I liked. And that it wasn't really anything bad but I felt embarrassed telling him. I asked him to guess because I was having trouble saying it. He was not comfortable guessing so after some time of hiding my head under my pillow 😂 I reached over and showed him my phone, to which this site was pulled up. I pointed to the website address title......aaahhhhh it was killing me! Finally he looked at me with a little smile and says, "you get turned on when I sneeze?" I nodded and hid under the pillow again.😂😂😂😂 He giggled and he rubbed my back and said "it's ok baby". So then I was able to talk to him more about it. I'm really glad I told him because I feel even closer to him now, especially because he accepts me and doesn't freak out about stuff. All is well.😊
