In season 2 of This Is Us, which is fantastic, there is a sick episode featuring Milo Ventimiglia, who is fantastic as well. 

There's no sneezing and he doesn't have a cold. He actually has the chicken pox. But he's very feverish, there's some forehead checking, whining, and tylenol requesting. So I say anytime you see Milo sick in bed, it should be reported.
