Luisa39 Posted February 28, 2018 Share Posted February 28, 2018 Today I was leaving work for lunch, and as I stepped out into the bright sunlight, I felt a sneeze coming on. Now, I'm not photic, so this must have been either a random or an allergy sneeze. Anyway, I have a mental block, so I assured myself that there was no one else around; then I relaxed as much as possible, and I just...sneezed. The sneeze was "dramatic" in a high-pitched way; if you've ever heard that famous audio of Claudia Winkleman's on-radio sneezing fit...well, my sneeze sounded a lot like her second sneeze in that clip. I'm hoping that if I can keep telling myself to RELAX whenever I feel a pre-sneeze tickle, then I will be able to end my mental block for good. Link to comment
