How do you post images in comments?

Now then let's get this out of the way. I'm still new here and I haven't found my footing quite yet here. I just found the artwork section of the site and want to share some of my sneeze pics from Derpibooru (none if them are fetish related, but I really don't have any other choice for the artwork I want to share on here).

 

I've tried reading about bow you can add "attachments", but I don't know how they work. Can someone help a friend out here?
