I am sorry, but:

1. I can't check old videos that were uploaded before youtube introduced the chat box feature (I think that's happened in 2018 or so, check the archived streams before asking if there is any chatbox, opened or that says "chat is unavailable" or "chat is turned off" or something, but it must be there)

2. The feature can't check unlisted videos or playlists yet. So please, give the channel links where videos with a chatbox are available.

New update - now you can also scan any YouTube channel for all the subtitles available of all the videos. So, if in any of vids there was a bless you or a sneeze-related talking and Youtube Auto-Captions recorded that, you can find it. the python tool is called yxd, works the same as ycd.

So, our sneeze helpers are:

1. https://ytcomment.kmcat.uk/# - all the sneeze-related stuff under videos

2. python ycd tool - for all the sneeze-related stuff written during the live streams to the chat box

3. python yxd tool - for all the sneeze-related stuff caught by youtube subtitles.

yxd is very helpful if there is a TV series uploaded on YouTube with subtitles - you can just scan for all the episodes and find the sneeze instead of watching every single episode ;)

sorry for the delay. I did scan all of them and here are the files https://fex.net/ru/s/fvrtkce

use NotePad or BBedit with multi-search function to find the sneezes.

if you want to be able to scan yourself, read the topic of how to install the scripts or ask me for help in dm if you need :)

Thanks you for doing that much appreciated. But I’m on phone so is there anyway I can find the sneezes on phone?

Reinstall ycd tool for scanning YouTube archived chats, it works again! (you can uninstall pytchat is it was installed before). Our power is these Python tools:

pip uninstall pytchat

pip uninstall ycd and then

pip install ycd

ycd  - for scanning arhived YouTube lived chats for "bless you" comments

yxd - for scanning auto-generated (or uploaded by a user) subtitles. You can  use it for any channel and for finding TV series sneezes uploaded on YouTube.

tcd - for scanning Twitch chats

Hey! Everyone who has been using these tools - ycd and yxd work fine again, update them with

pip install upgrade ycd/yxd.

What about tcd - there is some get error now, but people wrote on github about it and I hope the developer will fix it asap.

Enjoy exploring sneezing YouTube and Twitch!

Tcd seems a bit hit and miss, sometimes it's fine and sometimes it just repeatedly throws errors. It's been more consistently functional for me in the last couple of weeks tho.

Sometimes you just need to repeat the command and it works fine. Or reenter Twitch credentials. I hope the developer will take a look on it.

Hey all! Wanted to share a very interesting website. It doesn't help you to get the sneezes, but if you are interested in a channel sneeze statistics, for example, and comparing youtubers between each other in how often they sneeze, you can use it.

https://youtube-compare.lethalfeline.com/

What I do:
I scan the channels, find all the possible sneezes, count them, then I find out how many hours of videos are uploaded on the channel using the website above and then divide, for example

20 sneezes per 500 hours of videos =  0,04 sneezes per hour.

and also we can ofc divide it by the number of vids uploaded:

500 hours are made of 700 videos, so a guy sneezes
20/700 =  around 0,0285 times per video.

or if for example 15 of them contain sneezes

then

15/700 = 2,14% of the videos contain a sneeze.

(to know how many vids are on the channel just enter the name to youtube search and you'll see it there or use https://commentpicker.com/youtube-channel-id.php)

Hope someone of you will find this interesting! We can compare, check the sneeziness of every season etc etc :) and then maybe even make research... someone's topic of their thesis lol

Wow this was quick! Thanks :D Since you're here, I was wondering if there was a tool for vlive? It's a korean streaming thing and a lot of kpop stars are on it?

I'm not really familiar with the vocabulary they're using :/. Can you help me out?
