When I'm in any kind of social situation, the first thing I always notice is people's noses. I find myself imagining what they will look like sneezing or blowing. Do all of us fetishists do this or am I one of only a few?

You are not alone, I do this often. I also tend to stare at the noses of the people I am close to. 😋

I’m always looking at the same, and imagining what sort of sound they would make when blowing, what their composure would be, how hard or soft they would do it, how they would look with their face half-covered with a tissue, and so on.

Not really, however if someone sneezes in multiples I'll look at their nose to see what might be the difference in someone who doesn't if that makes sense
