I have always wondered why this fetish is something that we have. Maybe that wasn't worded well but what I'm trying to say is what do you like sneezing so much? For me I think it is something about how helpless the sneezer looks. Like you get to see into their soul and who they really are for just a second while they loose control. Key things for me are helplessness, desperation and loss of control (yeah they're basically the same)

for me about 50% of it is powerplay and the other half is purely physical. i think it has something to do with how brains are set up to function.

I like how a small thing like a sneeze overwhelms (with force, volume, how it contorts the face, causes frustration), makes the person powerless in that moment, eventual exhaustion if it continues, and sets the person up to be taken care of if it’s an illness. And lots more I’m sure, but that scratches the surface.

The helplessness/loss of control aspect is definitely a big part for me. That has always seemed a bit strange though since those aren't things that generally do it for me outside of this context.
