But anyway, probably not a good idea. It would be way too irritating to the nostrils and extremely painful. I remember a video of a guy who put lemon juice into his nostrils to get rid of his sinusitis, and he ended up writhing and screaming in pain for God knows how long.

For a lot of people, it probably won't work, but for some, it might. You never know.

Can't be 100% certain that the lemon juice that did it.

What about lemon zest? It's more of a powder then.

if we're being serious in here now i have to say i agree not only for the acidity reasons u listed but also bc when u consider a lemon's natural high sugar content it's a clear recipe for a rampant sinus infection
