Some Sneeze Related News Articles

I stumbled across these news stories while looking for sneeze-related stuff. It's possible these articles or the phenomena described within have been discussed before (and I know the Daily Mail has a reputation for being bad/inaccurate), but I'm sure there are people here who will find this information new like me, hence my posting them.

Awesome find! They actually make sense both of them. The latter made me laugh out loud; that should mean that we in this community have totally SUPER ALERT immune systems!

Interesting reads, the both of them! I loved the bit that read, "When we see images of diseases and their symptoms, we typically feel disgust and repulsion."

It's possible. Though maybe it only counts if you're looking at actual photos or video rather than fanart. And they understandably didn't discuss wavs...

True, but at least they used the word "Typically", acknowledging there were some outliers. They probably didn't realize why the outliers feel differently, though...

I found some new articles that I figured people would enjoy...

First, some weird inventions designed to reduce the sound (and probably the germs) of coughing and, more importantly, sneezing. Based on the drawings, I think it's easier to just stick with the tissue/crook of arm option;

That would certainly explain the contagious sneeze -phenomenon.
